Drove multiple hours out of my way to come here, (due to it being the closest one to me anyways) we arrived 20 mins before they closed knowing exactly what i wanted (metal umbrella) and they were the only store in the whole mall with their doors closed and 2 workers inside doing stock. I begged them through the door to let me in as they only ignored me. I was very devastated!

Walk into this store and four worker where sitting on the counter. Not one of them more to say hi or to see if we needed help. We weren’t the only ones in there. It was a Saturday and they didn’t help anyone. After being in there for a bit one of the workers a blonde short hair female was laying on the floor behind the registers. The other workers were still sitting on the counter and one of the girls started vapping. This was to much. I can’t believe these people represent PacSum.

the 2 sales associates working helped me find a pair of pants in my size! even suggested the pants and now they’re my favorite ones. great customer service

one of your employees insulted me implying that i didn’t know how to dress. i was patiently waiting in line to return some sweatpants i had recently bought online. i was offended and felt very degraded and embarrassed

We are moving here from Springfield mo. I'm a manager in retail. I wanted to see the stores here. I've always loved pac sun. The moment we walked in the door, there was disappointment. Both the male and female workers behind the cash wrap were just on their phones. It was not professional. They didn't even greet us when we walked in the door. I hope for a better experience next time.

Trying to return a product here is a joke stood at the counter for about half an hour. After calling customer service still couldn't return the product.
