Went in the store this morning to get balloons, usually it's a busy wait for them but the girls and the guy manager helped me pick out the balloons and there was virtually no wait at all, everyone seemed to love their job, not like when I was here a year ago, definitely headed in the right direction.

Went in the store this evening three young lady’s with the worst customer service ever. My thing is when ur not at work I r a customer somewhere. Treat people how u want to be treated. If ur not good at customer service y’all needs to do something else. Straight up. Y’all store gets a terrible rating from me. All young and disrespectful.

Went to get some balloons for my girlfriend brothers memorial this weekend. The store clerk was very helpful in showing me the different type of balloons and their sizes and packaging. She helped me put together the setup I wanted and gave me a discount because I bought more balloons than what came in the package.

I went to Party City last night. While seeing us waiting for quite some time in line behind the lady who was receiving assistance from him. The man who was blowing balloons and CLEARLY seen and heard us speaking to another customer that we waiting for our turn then stated if we needed to get balloons we needed to go over and purchase because he was closing helium station in 5 minutes.. he should had been said when we were clearly right there waiting behind the lady but thats is fine, I didn't know I needed to get the balloons first but he was rude and had an attitude while speaking. It's not what he said. It's how he said it. I don't mind following rules I just dont care to be spoken to like that. Clearly having a bad day as I gathered ease dropping into his conversation and didn't want to be at his job. I asked for #30 in black balloons and silver 12 balloon from the package they have for 32$. I picked out the one basket for 12 silver balloons and rushed over to the counter. While blowing up the balloons we noticed it was two different colored silver balloons so I stopped him. He then he tossed the balloons on the counter and said he was colored blind and we needed to get the right color. Then after he blew up all the silver balloons and started on #30 he ended up blowing up a #2.. so ofc he was clearly not happy and stated that he didn't have a #0 in black. So we had to choose silver. Was I happy about that? No. Because I just had 12 silver balloons filled up for a theme of silver AND black. But who am I to complain when I come in an hour and half before you close. Which is fine again, but his attitude and lack of customer service was absolutely ridiculous, were entitled to having a bad day and our mood being off but that doesnt give you the right to throw your bad day off on others, especially when im literally giving you business when dont nobody wanna pay 32$ for some balloons in the first place, I didnt mind getting the silver colors again I needed even though they were all pulled from the same basket and I was understanding knowing it was late but the way he treated us he obviously did not want to be there blowing up balloons last night. Quite a sucky customer service experience. And to top it off. I literally am less than 10 minutes down the road. I went there and home. I noticed #3 was already deflated.. I literally had to tape the balloon where the seam was letting the helium out and blow it up with regular air.. i called this morning to be told its not their error and they cannot replace my balloon.. Between the service I received and the balloon error. I won't go back to this location in general. That's absolutely sucky to spend 32$ on some dang balloons in the first place to have a faulty balloon and to be treated like you wanted me to just leave in the first place is beyond me. Yes. Im complaining because that was a waste of money and I dont nobody like wasting their money. But yes, I won't go back here, not that I went here often anyways. Old dude needs to learn how like his job or life enough before he continue loosing customers.

The absolute worst. The employees are extremely rude. The Fairview Heights store is a messy disaster and the employees refuse to help you find anything. There were at least five employees and I was the only customer. No self-checkout and no one would come to the register so I could pay and leave. I even called the store to try to get a cashier but they wouldn’t answer the phone. I finally got an employee to ring up my purchase, she was hateful and then she crumbled and damaged my purchase before putting it in the bag.

Jevel was very helpful as soon as i walk through the door she got right to it. I was in a rush she came right to my rescue i need 30 balloons then Zymisha came to see if she needed more help then this other young lady Tiffany came and help Jevel as well . Love the team work . Keep up the good work . They all get a 5 star from me. Thank you

Overall it was decent could’ve been better, customer service wasn’t good neither.. No one asked if we needed help finding things.

I have a great time at the Party! The team is helpful and always happy to assist! The manager took care of me when my discount coupon online wasn’t working in store.
