Do not sell clothes here!!! A complete rip off!! out of two bags of nice name brand clothes, most being brand new, they took 6 items and gave me $24 when one shirt they took was worth $100. absolutely unacceptable.

Not worth taking any clothes up to Fairview no matter how good of condition they are in. Had a sweater my son hadn’t worn with price tag on it turned down. They advertised needing sports gear and turned down 2 outburst Steelers shorts plus Oklahoma shirt never worn. I’ll just go straight to charity places.

Wasn't this place located over by schnucks and Burger King at one point? I thought I reviewed it there many years ago. Maybe it's just me but I didn't see any shorts there. I mean it makes sense that it's summertime so people need those and that's why they have none. The store is clean and laid out well. Some of the other reviews talk about the staff not being interested in being there but I couldn't tell that.

They can be so unwelcoming, I came in at 5:30 of course there's a sign that says close at 6 on sundays as well as ONLINE, I walk inside he expressed they close at 6 I said Ok while shopping theres a young lady following me around hounding how they close at 6 and arent taking debit cards anymore... Where they do that ?? how do you not take cards just because its close to closing? If you dont really want to work the closing hours dont agree to it🙂↔️

not sure what the deal is here, two guys behind the counter laughing at a paying customer is crazy. idk if they know but that is extremely unprofessional the poor cashier looked extremely stressed considering she was the only person actually checking out customers and was a little heavy set herself. not cool to make a customer feel unwanted or unwelcome when we are the reason why your paycheck exists. i love this store and would hate to have to stop spending money here but this is definitely off putting and a shame that people act like this. if you’re a fat person, probably best that you save yourself some pain and don’t come here.

They have a ton of clothing items. I will say, it's mostly female but they do have a really good selection for men aswell. The staff is very friendly and seems very eager to help.

pretty frustrated. i tried to contact them numerous times this morning to make an appointment to drop off my clothes. couldn’t get in touch. then looked over their socials to see if they were still accepting drop offs. nothing. so i drove 20+ minutes to bring my clothes in (an hour after open) only to be told that they weren’t accepting drop offs for the rest of the day and that i can come in tomorrow between 11 and 1. (literally watched someone walk in before me and drop of her stuff) i get that this isn’t an end of the world situation but it was quite an inconvenience. especially since their reasoning to not accepting any more drop offs was being short staffed. there were plenty of staff hanging out and chatting behind the counter. what was even more frustrating was i was completely ignored the first time i walked in. ended up leaving and coming back. was finally able to get attention from someone and was told that i have to come back tomorrow. waste of gas.
