Very unprofessional. Didn't greet me as I entered. Only 3 customers and techs just sitting around. The old lady didn't listen to what I wanted. Cut my toenails at Angles . Not it's natural shape. The guy left the old clear dip power on my nails and just cover with new. They don't understand what you are saying. Never will come back.

Will never return... only two workers no urgency to attend waiting clients. Made up unreasonable prices as they went along. Very un professional. Just left after waiting.

Went in for a soak off for my nails and it was the worst experience I ever had at a nail salon. The method they use to take off acrylics off is terrible! My nails were literally being painfully ripped off by him using another nail tip to get my acrylics off. Due to this improper method unfortunatelyI left with a bloody broken nail due my nails being taken off improperly. With him knowing this he still charged me full amount of service and I did not receive an apology. Now I have to wait weeks for my nail to grow back to get my nails done. 0/10 don’t recommend & will NOT be returning.

I wouldn’t recommend even if someone else is paying the female workers do not listen they do whatever they feel is right. I don’t understand why wouldn’t you consult with someone before doing anything on them and I also DONT UNDERSTAND WHY DONT THEY LISTEN. THE ENGLISH MUST NOT BE THAT GOOD BECAUSE THEY CAN CHAT AMONGST EACHOTHER BUT THEY CANT UNDERSTAND SIMPLE REQUESTS WHICH WASTED MY AND THEY TIME CAUSE I LEFT OUT THAT MF SHE HAD TO STOP IMMEDIATELY AND SHE WAS UPSET AND RUDE DEFINITELY DIDNT DESERVE MY CASH MONEY THAT TOOK OVER THE 99 and the 2000 mfs couldn’t even do my daughter a bow on her nails babe had to get a flower?

I normally leave 20+ tip because I like the clean up job but if they don’t recognize you or recognize you at the time, you’re not really taken care of for real. Terrible clean up job on my toes. Lady stopped in the middle of doing my toes because she wanted to join a family that was getting their toes done and told the guy with the runny nose to finish me when she didn’t even finish and left skin poking out all over my toes and my polish is all melted but I’m just black so who cares right? No one likes us and do us any kind of way because you’re just tolerating us while you’re here. No thanks. I’m sick of people not caring about what they are doing and just doing things to make a living. Can you please care about doing a great job on your customers and not stopping in the middle of doing someone toes just because someone you like more walked in? If your nose running do you mind not wiping SNOT on my leg? I won’t be back because you did these things out of lack of care. Peace. I’m not sure where I will find a shop that cares about the clients.

I went in for a mani (full set) and deluxe pedi. Started w pedi and it was good, not the best I've ever had but wouldn't complain about it. BUT...... The man that works there was TERRIBLY RUDE! He was short and curt with his words. I was deciding between 2 different cokirs and asking if the could do an ombré with the 2. He was not even doing my nails. He stood up walked over, looked at me and demanded with in a very disrespectful tone "JUST PICK A COLOR!!". Other patrons raised their eyebrows and the one sitting next to me said kindly to him "I believe that's what she is doing" with discussed. I paid and tipped my tech nicely and said I'd wait to do my nails another day. He glared at me as I exited and I said Thank you to my tech. Not another word from him. Terrible customer service! Now I know why they were not bust my on a Saturday afternoon! 2-3 for the pedi. Negative 10 for him!
