Don’t wanna give them a star at all…first of all my car got towed Saturday at 1:45 am..I called Saturday at 12 noon and ask how much She says 295 Get there Monday at 12 it’s 495 how is that possible and she couldn’t tell me..180 for tow how is it possible for it to be 295 not even 10 hrs later like be for real..$80 just to put it on da tow truck itself she says and something about insurance $35 administration fee???$50 to see if I have a lien on it..and $50 a day but she’s gonna take $50 off..A total RIP off and she proceeds to tell me it’s cause of Pritzker… and da illegals BS….this is your company…

This towing company towed our car to their shop down the road from a car accident. They kept it for a couple days and charged us $530. Then was going to charge $300 to tow it to Nashville, Illinois. Totally overcharging for their service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

A few things were missing or stolen from inside my car while it was impounded and towed to their lot... A hidden $100 bill and $13 cash in my console, my step watch- yet they left the band. My seats, doors and trunk were torn and ripped apart. There was a beer can on the floorboard that somehow got pierced and leaked all over my birth certificate and important papers that were sprawled across the inside, not to mention my laptop too... And there are 2 new dents on my front bumper and 3 on the sides, who knows how their non-impound towing service is, I don't ever want to find out. Lol just sayin...

This was not good service for me at all, I bought my car to them for one problem and they gave it back to me with other problems. The check engine light is now on and the car makes horrible loud noise when you cut it on and it used to be quiet. This is a family business so I think they should only service family cars they don't really know what they're doing they're horrible, I regret wholeheartedly bringing my car to them.
