Not greeted and Was told I couldn’t try a jacket on over top my shirt… I can only imagine how many customers they lose because of this.. won’t ever be back there.. who’s buying clothes they can’t try on?

Employees were very rude. Had a sign saying dressing rooms were closed so my grand daughter tried on a shirt over her clothes and employee yelled across the store saying you can’t try that on! No one offered any assistance and while checking out the cashier never spoke to us. Won’t never shop there again!!!

With the unprofessional and rude staff, I preferred to spend my money elsewhere! I have zero tolerance for someone being rude and stupid. Because they do not want to be at work.

I haven't been in Rainbow(at St. Louis Centre) since the very beginning of 2003. When I went to this location on 12/26/2024, one of the employees was nice and helpful. The other one behind the cashier counter was very rude and had an attitude with it. I will not be coming back.

Today is December the 14th around 2pm to 230ish. Caucasian female brown hair and African American girl puff ponytail. Rude as heck! What's going on with customer service no greeting, not a may I help you nor do you need any help finding anything. They most definitely gossiped about LGBTQ people which it's not for customers ears to here that. Gossiping is for those who are fighting things deeper within themselves. Keep work work and gossip for your breakroom. If they spent more time giving great customer service like they ran those lips this would've been 5 stars. People do not bring their kids in or mother nor themselves to hear you disrespect about customers that just left the store. We came to shop, your job is to be a rop notch retail associate and help the customers.What is wrong with these employees these days poor hiring, no accountability, lazy, do not have customer service skills and lacking. Im never going back i gave this location too many chances.

I wish I could give 0. I asked the only worker on the floor if I needed to put my bag up front. While she was answering I could hear the 2 lil girls in the back talking crap about me. I told my daughter to leave whatever she had. I will never come here.

Normally do not send any reports on poor service, but it was definitely one of the worst I have ever experienced.
Not greeted, no music, no fitting rooms or mirrors to see if you could even try on an item to decide if you want to spend your money. Loved the top and wanted to check for fit. I stood in front of the security mirror just to see if it was going to fit. I literally got reprimanded by a rude employee. I asked if I could try it on and she said, this is why we do not have fitting rooms. What a MISS IF THAT IS THE POLICY. So disappointed with the service.
I left without buying and probably will hesitate to shop there again.

They close the doors every day at 6 pm when they don’t suppose to close til 7pm. They’re rude when you try to ask them any questions.

I contemplated even writing a review considering that other people complained about the same things 9 months ago, that I'm about to bring to your attention. In which you said that the behavior was unacceptable and would be handled. While visiting this store, nobody greeted me or asked me if I needed assistance, but there was a very creepy woman that was standing in the back of the store on her cell phone watching videos and facetimeing friends. Every couple seconds she would look up at me with no facial expression, and she kept following me around the store. I went to try on a coat and then I tried on a shirt over my shirt because the dressing rooms are closed. Then I tried on a jacket and while I’m trying on the jacket, I hear from across the store a lady yelling" hey, you can’t do that you can’t try that on I’ve been letting you try it on but now I’m telling you to stop. You can’t do that you have to purchase it and then return it!!!!"it was the same lady that had been creeping on me the whole time I was in the store. I was so confused I didn’t even know she worked there, she didn't have a name tag or a rainbow uniform. she was so rude. IT SCARED ME!!!!! so you knew about this behavior nine months ago, and apparently the same awkward individual is still working there and I believe she’s a manager. I promise I will never go back to the store as this was a very uncomfortable experience.
She should probably take a career as a drill sergeant.
Truly unforgettable experience.

There inventory will make you go broke. I went in for one item and came out of there with two pair of shoes, 7 outfits and 2 dresses. My only problem was I have a fat foot and none of there shoes came in wide. So I ended up giving my shoes away. I wish all the stores would open back up there dressing rooms.

Just visited store was not greeted when entered. I was not asked if I needed assistance. Workers standing at counter talking. There was another young lady on the floor I dont know if she was an employee she just stated at me. I walked out it seemed they didnt want my business.

I stopped in with my daughter there was a cute coat so I had her try it on there is no sign that says you can't try on anything! I hear from across the store YOU CAN'T TRY THAT ON! HAY YOU CAN'T TRY THAT ON ! EVERYONE was looking so we turned around and she yelled it again I have never been in a store that was so rude ? she could have walked over to say something or even in a nicer tone we will Never go back you should really look at your staff

Thought I wouldn't find anything nice, thought it was all too cheap, thought it wouldn't fit. The dressing rooms were closed so I was really nervous to buy stuff, but everything I bought fits and looks great on me, and not cheap! I had an issue with shipping my original birthday dress, and rainbow came through for the win! (The fur thing came from Windsor)
