2 and a half years been with you all , was forced to move to this location because the AWESOME people at highland had to close , now I get to deal with a snotty , rude manger that likes talking behind peoples backs. Beware … if anything go find another store.
Edit and update : got close to paying my account off multiple items that I was way over charged for … after paying over $10,000 to these people , I asked to have a couple things repaired because I’m close to having it paid off which they refused to do without a $29.99 extra warranty (it’s not the money it’s the principle ) & Then they sent me to a creditor. Perfect. $10,000! I spent with your company and you guys can’t fix a couch and speaker without more money , by the way care credit is a joke and you’re just wasting your money. Told the manager I sent a check to the creditor , he obviously thought I was lying “we don’t take checks “ was his response. Well umm looks like you do now… also with this company , customers don’t matter & they would rather just tell you to stick it where the sun dont shine. I will never spend another cent with them.

I've never been to a store where they treat their customers like family and friends. Management is awesome and the employees were very polite and helpful. From now on out I'll be doing all of my business at RentOne

The whole staff there are great. Douglas the manager, Jeff snd Keith are all willing to help you with any problems. Go see these folks they will take care of you and your rental items.

I like dealing with the people there and prices r a little high but renting it is easier for me and kieth in the Fairview heights IL is wonderful he gets exactly what I want he’s the best worker there

I have been going to the Fairview Heights store for 2-3 years now (pretty much since they opened) and they are the best bunch of people I have ever met. They have gone out of their way to get me replacement parts and anything my little heart desired. For those with kit or no credit I would highly recommend Douglas and the whole Rent One team in Fairview Heights to anyone.

This is the best crew I’ve dealt with from your company when it was National Rent to Own to Rent One keep this crew they really work with you and I will keep coming back versus the other companies and they don’t lie to you and if they miss your call they actually apologize to you.
