This was the worst experience I have ever had getting a ring for my wife. We ordered two rings in October that were meant to done by 11/17. When that day came and went I called that Friday and was told in a condescending tone that they had called back on 11/6 saying the rings were ready. Well turns out they did, but from a number that I did not recognize and that left no voicemail, like every other spam call I’ve ever received.
So we go that night to pick up the ring, but turns out it was sized completely wrong. Despite the requested size being clearly written on the paperwork, someone else decided to scribble in a different size in pen and I guess that was used? Yet for some reason no one confirmed the size of the ring was correct with their paperwork? So now they say the only option is that they can “rush order.” Sounds good? But since it was on a Friday they have to wait till Monday for the jeweler to pick it up. But they promised it will be done and ready for pickup on Wednesday. They even said they would make sure to leave a voicemail, email, and shoot me a text when it’s ready. (They promised the same thing the first time).
Well Wednesday has rolled around and I called right when they opened at 11 am, turns out the jeweler stopped by sometime in the morning but they don’t have the ring yet and they have no idea when it will get in?? But don’t worry, they will let us know when it arrives. So I call again around 1:30pm, checking in again: still nothing and still no time frame. But the person who answered the phone (Sue) seemed to treat it like I was being a nuisance for wanting to know when my wife’s rings would be done.
Finally call again around 3:30pm and they still have no idea, Sue again says they will let us know when it arrives and blew off my concern with the timing as it was getting close to the end of the day and it’s a minimum half hour trip to their location. As I am mentioning this all of a sudden the jeweler appears! Hurray, but she said that it would be at least another hour before it’s ready to be picked up.
So we leave for the location anyway to make sure we are there on time. But when we get there lo and behold the size is still off but at this point I have no trust in them to get it right so we just accept the ring and find someone else to fix it. Never again.

I would recommend any other jeweler if you want a positive experience. We ordered two rings from this location in late October, with a promise to have them by 11/17. When that date came and passed, we eventually decided to call them for an update- only to be told that the rings had been there waiting to be picked up for two weeks. They told us they called one time and apparently we were supposed to know it was ready without them leaving a voicemail, sending an email, or a text— all of the things that they assured us they would do when we purchased the rings in store. So, we drove half an hour to pick them up that same evening. Nightmare over, right? Nope. The rings were an entire size too large, 6 instead of 5. This is a Friday evening so we’re told the best they can do for a “rush order” of fixing their own mistake is Wednesday of the next week. Fine. We leave empty handed.
So we call Wednesday morning. No ring. Apparently the jeweler had been there that morning but didn’t bring it with her? We call again in the afternoon and are told that they don’t know when it could possibly arrive and that they’ll call when they get it in. Will they though? We already learned previously that they aren’t very good with keeping their promises for communication. We called yet again and Sue was incredibly rude and indifferent to our situation. She sounded absolutely annoyed that we were calling to request our rings on the day we were promised they would be completed, a month after ordering. Suddenly, during the call, the jeweler appeared with the rings. Right. We finally managed to go pick it up towards the end of the day. The fit is still off, but I refuse to give the rings back to them at this point. We were also forced to pay for their lifetime protection plan, which I will absolutely not use at this point. Please go elsewhere for any jewelry needs, you will not have a good experience with Rogers & Hollands.

Jim and Jenna offer a comfortable, pressure free and supportive experience that I prefer when shopping for jewelry. They have deep knowledge of jewelry and their inventory. Their personal approach to sales let's me know they are there for me and there is a tangible effort on their behalf to be under the budget I set. Hence, I haven't shopped anywhere else in years, have developed a great relationship with them and shop with them for everything from small gifts for holidays to our wedding rings.

This is our Go To place for jewelry. They have a great selection in store and anything else you could want for order from their main office and they also offer custom pieces which they are amazing at. The manager, Jim, is very knowledgeable. He and his staff are very helpful and will take the time needed to make sure you get exactly what you want. Any issues we have had in the past 16 years of doing business with them, have been resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. If you are looking for a jeweler who will provide excellent service during and after the sale with beautiful pieces, this is the place!

Excellent customer service, Jim was amazing to work with ensuring I found the perfect settings and stones for me. I was very impressed by the blossom cut diamonds I was shown and ended up choosing them for the wedding band I purchased! Jim worked hard to get me the best deal, never pressed me beyond my budget or tried to sell me on anything I didn’t want. I will be sure to return for future jewelry purchases!

Jim is always so great. I popped in while out shopping to get my ring cleaned and checked. He was quick and had a smile on his face. I purchased my ring from him in December and it has been a great experience ever since!
