I was there on Sunday 7/20 around 10 am. I got in line to purchase my items. There was a customer standing off to the left side of the registers with the cashier. I put my things on the counter to be scanned. The cashier asked me to remove them and get back in line because they were waiting for the customers friend who was in the restroom. I grabbed my things and went back to the line. 5 minutes goes by and at this point the line is full. Other people in line started asking why we were still standing there. She continued to stand there and make us all wait. She then got on her phone and started talking on it. I was shocked. I could not believe she made everyone wait for the person in the restroom. I got out of the line and gave her my items to put back and I walked out. Others in line followed me out as well. Unbelievable

Some of the Ross stores are awesome, some neat and clean and fully stocked..but only 1 cashier..

After standing in line for 20 minutes I decided to let this store know that you really need to do better for your cashiers and your customers. This line is now over 10 people deep and there is one cashier doing her best. Meanwhile I’ve seen two other associates come up clock out and leave. I feel so bad for this cashier. And now as I finish customers are leaving their merchandise and walking out because they’re sick of waiting.

This place is garbage... It has the feel of an apocalyptic movie... Alarms going off for 30 minutes straight with nobody checking them or shutting them off... It's junky and understaffed... even for a Ross

Not a lot of stock. Looks like it's going out of business and is liquidating. On the bright side, the employees are super nice, courteous and respectful.
