Prices are wayyy too high for a thrift store with a bunch of junk. Sweaters with stains for $13? No thanks

prices have gotten absolutely out of hand. they have so much stuff that its just unnecessary, you cant find anything here with an actual good deal. the clothes are prices up to 18 dollars for something with holes and burns. its disappointing, ive always loved savers and never thought id have to say i cant afford it. after reading more reviews than my own, its obvious im not the only one who had noticed this issue and been affected by it. someone needs to be paying attention and making this right. you have too much in that damn store anyway, a lot of seniors shop with you guys. basically stealing from poor and elderly

What a shame! Books…of all the things that should be super cheap at a thrift store were so wildly expensive! Kids books for $3 and adult books for $7! It’s really sad, it’s just a complete disappointment. I can’t believe it…

This Thrift store is RIDICULOUSLY overpriced! Even if they did accept returns, Which they don’t.. The items are still not worth it ! People go to thrift stores to save money not spend it all as if we were shopping at a regular retail store! Even if it’s priced based off of online resale that’s even worse online is higher as well..That’s why people thrift to save money not to spend loads of money!
I also learned from a previous employee that not only does this thrift shop treat employees bad.. They also sort through all the real quality jewelry in the back give it to a manager and sell it out of store for MORE money!! I’ve only ever found 1 real jewelry piece that was in the case for $200! That’s terrible! Some people are allergic to costume and come to thrift to hopefully find the quality items cheaper all they have is color changing 925?

Hello I wanted to share my experience at savers today. I went in with some friends. we had the pleasure of being helped by 3 amazing workers. I wish I got the names of them so I could give them credit. Anyway my friends were looking into the cases and saw something we wanted to buy but the prices were outrageous. Thankfully the workers agreed to lower the price after showing them proof the price saves was asking for was way to much. They were so nice and understand and I honestly can’t thank them enough for helping my friends and I out today! I hope savers will see this and do some thinking about how bad there pricing has been lately. And if those 3 workes see this you are all AMAZING?

Easy to drop things off too.
Good selection
Downside ; no changing rooms or refunds
Too overpriced ! You can buy new kids clothes vs $6-12 items they have out . Toys can be overpriced and kids books 6.99!

Pat had horrible customer service! Spending the day with my mom taking her thrifting we’re checking out and Pat took my moms pants she was going to buy to the back and changed the price form $6.30 to $11.35. What!? We had several other things to purchase but left it all! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I have seen employees scanning items on their phones and keeping the valuable items. What a joke. A lot of items are priced at ebay pricing. A lot of items you could get cheaper on ebay lol. Funko pops for 19.99 lol

There was a young lady who went out of her way to take a donation near closing. Major Props to her.

I just went back with in the two week time frame for a return after buying some electronics, like a alarm clock and a computer mouse. .and a wireless keyboard board...and they didn't work and the gal said they don't do refunds or even store credit for these items that don't work, if it's electronics. this is not okay at all! They are going to lose a lot of business if they do this!!! Plus they charge way to much for name brand clothing...when people donate these items??? These folks and goodwill have gone to hell ..these days...it's donated for goodness sake!!! And you should at least give store credit for things that don't work when you bought it!!

Have all DONATED designer and collectible items WAY WAY back behind counter where NO ONE can see them. Then employee makes a point to make a scene and raise her voice at me because I got a closer look. She didn’t bother to help me when she seen me standing at the counter waiting. Very poor customer service! Prices are laughable.

Pricing anymore is outrageous! Selling Walmart brand stuff that is very obviously pretty worn for next to the same price as new at Walmart if not .30 more. Or you find two of the same shirt in the same size and condition and one is marked up a dollar twenty more. I was a religious shopper/ donor but after seeing prices for thrifting around at other stores I probably won’t be back to savers until they can get their pricing right, specifically for children’s clothes and shoes.
You can get a onesie for $1.50 at once upon a child in WAY BETTER CONDITION and you guys are asking 2.50+ for a BABY ONESIE with stains or a hole in it.
why would I DONATE my stuff for someone to buy at a thrift price just for you guys to mark it way higher than I would ask at a yard sale or something. ITS LITERALLY FREE USED DONATED STUFF and you guys want to get rich off it. Honestly sad.
Oh and my coupon wouldn’t work because it said I already used it which is impossible as I dropped off my donation last time and got my voucher and left this was the next trip I planned using it but she said I did already and last time that happened the worker was kind enough to let me get another one. Honestly just go to the toco shop or community kindness, much better prices. Shame on yall, savers.
