We have had a Sears Master Protection agreement for years lately the service is going down. I got a sears Master Protection agreement. My furnace has been down since October 2023. We have been calling ever week. we were calling almost every day. We were authorized a replacement furnace and then they declined it because of a minor issue we weren't told about it..So again sears decided to send out another technician to check the furnace on 1-20-24 he was scheduled to come today 7-11am this morning but never showed up. Every hour the time has been changing now we're scheduled for 4:00 pm today I don't know if they are going to show up. The real issue is sears don't want to replace the furnace. Sears is coming up with all kinds of excuses. I don't know if anyone else has experience this with sears but this is so frustrating and stressful. Having your furnace not working in the winter when you have a Master Protection agreement with Sears and sears don't want to replace it. If Sears doesn't show up today. I will have to start calling on Monday 1-22-24 and get transferred to about 10 different representatives. This is how sears treat their customers. I was told by sears they would issue a check so I could find a furnace myself that hasn't happened yet either. I am so stressed from calling with no results. Sears please stand by your Master Protection agreement that your customers have to pay for in full when you purchase contract. You have to wait and wait for service depending on where you live. It's not a guarantee the technician are going to show up. The reason this comment is so long is because I am so stressed and frustrated. You won't believe this just got a text saying sears will be here on 1-30-24. I guess the furnace will be replaced in July when we will not need it. I better not say that sears is looking for any excuse not to replace. Thank you

I got a furnace that been down since 10-2023. I got Master Protection Agreement with sears and can't get the furnace replaced. I had an appointment on 1-20-2024 the technician didn't show up. The appointment was supposed to be 7-11am in the morning. Every couple of hours the time kept changing ending up being a no show. You have to sit home all day and no one shows up. I don't know if Sears knows or cares it's the winter time and it is freezing. This doesn't make any sense I have been calling since October 2023 about this issue. Sears can you please replace my furnace it is freezing. There are sick family members in the house. When you call Sears the representatives tell you we understand your frustration. No they don't understand if they did the furnace would be replaced by now.

Absolutely worthless. A/C went out. Waited two weeks for them to come. I sat at home all day through there “7 am to 5:21 pm” window and then they canceled on me and rebooked it for 2 weeks later. Completely useless. Just don’t waste your time. There’s no one to call there’s no phone number. Just keep it local.Service: HVAC system repair

The first guy just assumed it was the brain unit, the second guy said the first guy was fired due to incompetence and still didnt fix my dishwasher. They refused to come out a third time and I didn't want them anyway!

Actually bought tires
