I don’t like the way me and my daughter were treated. It’s been a total of 4 times that we’ve made a trip here straight from work in our uniforms and I’m unsure if we’re being stereotyped because of that each time by the same older lady as if we’re stealing. Her first approach would always be to ask us if we need help with anything and my reply would be I think we’re ok, we know exactly what we came for, but to be watched each time is very uncomfortable. This last time I was on a FaceTime call and I stated to the person over the phone as we were walking in to watch because I knew it was coming and sure enough BAM the same lady. So this time I walked over to her and politely asked 3x for help and was ignored until I literally had to force her eye contact and her reply its self was rude. At that point I was just over it, I changed my mind at that point on even purchasing anything and logged on to Amazon and made my purchase. To be treated like a theft when I’m far from that is not a good feeling and my daughter doesn’t deserve to be treat like one as well. I don’t know if I will ever shop here again.

They got 1 start because ZERO isn't an option.Went on to get a few refills on my makeup. I was not greeted. Which is fine, people get busy.But to be passed by 2 different associates both had customers and not even receive a "hello ma'am did you need some help" or "hi we're busy but we'll be right with you", is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!The lack of customer service/disregard led me to put back my setting spray, foundation, tinted moisturizer, and lip gloss. I took pictures and went home and ordered them directly from Fenty online. I will not help sales in a place with a staff that lacks basic manners.

Melanie & Delano both took time to explain skincare items to my mom and myself and give a detailed consultation on which items were good to use for our skin. Very good customer service, both were amazing fantastic employees. 5 stars all the way!! :)

I brought in 4 items that I purchased last week through the Sephora app in for a return and was denied due to “we’re not a big Sephora so we can’t do returns from the app in here”. I had my receipt and all necessary information from my purchase pulled up on my phone so I’m not sure what the actual reason was. I confirmed with a Sephora customer representative that they can, in fact, process all Sephora returns there. So it’s just a big bummer that now I have to send through FedEx which can take up to 30 days. Just use caution if you go in for returns.

Been many years since I've been in a Kohls. Their clothing line send to be either sports logo, or designer branded. I could no longer find the type of men's clothing I used to find in a Kohls.

Understaffed and inefficiently managed…Waited for 15 minutes to buy a gift card and never acknowledged and told to wait a minute and the clerk never came back. Left and will go elsewhere.

Amazing location. I have traveled 25 minutes twice because of the friendliness and also availability of product. Ashlei and Fawn were very approachable and knowledgeable. They made it a fun experience. Highly recommend.

Staring at me after I told you I was looking around doesn’t make me feel comfortable or feel like shopping here ever again. And thanks for the geography lesson after I said nice store. So disappointed in the snarky attitude here at a new Sephora in kohl’s.
