No self checkout bit only 3 cashiers and lines were all long. Currently on 15 minutes in my line.

A fine Target, set up the same as the others I visit across the country. I can get in and out with a hand-basket full of items in 12 minutes.

Josh is rude and the sales associates provide incorrect I formation. 15 people were in line waiting on someone to download the app to get Xircle discount. Just give the discount across the board why force an app to be downloaded. Totally ridiculous. Even with a long line you would think Josh would just take off the 30% vs waiting 15 minutes for a customer to download the app and enter their phone number 5 times. Just lost 2 potential customers.

This target sucks. Don’t go here. Self checkout is always closed and the cashiers are super slow. Go literally anywhere else

This is the second time I was being approached by a target employee which is another woman. I always go to the self checkout because of the fact that I was paying separate items and it was over 10 ITEMS, again OVER 10 ITEMS and the fact that I’m being closed eyes on me they thinking I’m gonna run off with the item for one I do have money I don’t need anyone checking me like that because that’s given suspicious and the fact that I don’t wanna go to a cashier cause I don’t want to waste their time like that and they don’t even know how to properly bagged the items right never again not going to the Fairview heights Target that’s a BIG NO for me

Great customer service but don’t try going there for clothes if you use a wheelchair cart or wheelchair because the floor plan is incredibly inaccessible.

Target is the best place to shop because there are no GHETTO people there and everyone shopping is soo nice and same go for all the employees as well. Go Target and I love that they have a uniformed police officer in store. Don’t defund the police give them more money and the same stuff SWAT teams have.

Would avoid this store at all costs, they are getting really ridiculous with the self checkout. There were 2 cashiers up front, who were busy talking to each other. My daughter and I went to the self checkout, there was not anyone else waiting and we had 14 items (4 over the limit of 10). A lady working there proceeded to come over, close the entire self checkout lane and acted like she had a huge attitude.

I come to Swansea location on occasion. It's better parking than Shilo. Much better selections too. Shilo usually is out on certain things. I use the target cartwheel app for deals.
