I called, and no one ever answered the phone. The sad part is I walked in the store and none of the employees were busy. So I turned around and left to visit another nearby liquor store for my purchase.

I wanted to get a surprise for my parents who were not able to travel to Italy. I did not know anything about Italian wine. I asked for help, and almost immediately, a knowledgeable person Person arrived to help me make my selections. Great service and really good prices.

I've had consistently positive experiences at Total Wine & More. Their selection of wines and spirits is impressive, and their prices are competitive. The staff is generally helpful, but there have been occasional issues with product knowledge. Overall, a reliable choice for beverage enthusiasts.

Really nice staff and lots and lots and lots of selection at really good prices.It's honestly a little overwhelming! They also do keg orders and have a nice humidor.They are very strict on carding so don't even try! ?
