“I was broke down on the highway he was there with in 20min to get us off the highway and to our destination. He was really nice and professional. Also had some relaxing elevator music ? on witch helped the mood, even though it wasn't intentional. Highly recommended!!”
“Great customer service and great price! I will definitely be using them for future tows! They got to my car in a timely matter and were professional. If you need a tow this is a good place to call. They also accept forms of payment other companies don't.”

“I'd like to thank yall again for letting me get my things and let you know that as soon as I accept that I won't be able to afford to get my truck since I have to pay the police station and then yall which as you know from Friday to Monday it was nearly $1000 because I only had the truck 13 days and Fairview heights determined that was too long to not have plates, I thought I had 30 days, silly me for stopping and thinking I was legal. But I will sign my title and send it to you. Your employee brought up a good point, its not yalls fault... you just happen. To provide a service and that service just happened to be used against me by the police of your town. I appreciate it very much that you allowed me to get my things so I will send you my title so you have are able to do with it what you like. Its clean, no leans, no holds other than that of Fairview heights and yourself. I appreciate you, thank you again.”
