“Everything is organized very neatly. They have a ton of books and even toys. The employees were helpful with finding books and giving suggestions. My boys had fun picking out books with the gift cards they got from their library summer reading program!”

“The employees are very attentive and very helpful i have never had such a pleasant experience in a five below. I will definitely be back especially because of Via (i think that’s how you spell it) they were so helpful and kind to me and the people i came with. They specifically made the shopping experience lovely and definitely deserve some recognition for their amazing customer service.”

“I was a bit skeptical when we approached and realized there was no longer an actual store, but a kiosk. While that’s kind of a bummer, the four staff members made up for it. Exceptional service for my nephew’s first Build a Bear. The staff was helpful, kind, very happy and so friendly. If everyone did their jobs with this much joy, the world would be in sweet shape. I’m very grateful for such a wonderful experience.”
