We had a good experience. The people I dealt with were very nice and professional. I would have given them 5 stars but there were cigarette butts and a water bottle left from a previous renter. We had a problem with the padlock on the truck which took up a bit of time too. I spoke to Terry first about the rental part and he was very nice. We had the truck for 8 hours but ended up needing it a little longer. When I called and spoke to David he was very understanding and extremely nice. He let us keep it 2 extra hours at no charge. It was an emotional time for me. I was clearing out my mom's things from her home because she passed away before Christmas. Their prices were reasonable and they had great hours compared to other places. I will definitely use them again if I need to move.
