Excellent service from one of the two gentlemen at the counter. Been to multiple banks about a ripped bill. After being turned away from two banks, the gentleman at this location responded like “yeah of course” as if to say “why wouldn’t we?” Incredible.

I work for Men's Wearhouse and use this bank daily for the company. I have been using the drive through for over a year for deposits and today's at 12:20 I went through to deposit and it was sent back to me and I was told I had to use the lobby because I had 2 deposits. He said there were several people waiting in line and I had to go to the lobby. There wasn't anyone in line and I told him that and he still refused. I don't know why today is any different from every other day for over a year. We have been using the drive thru since we reopened from pandemic. He was rude and uncalled for.

Been sitting in the drive through for over an hour with only 3 cars in front of me!! Is this real life? Slow slow slow! Horrible reviews and now I see why... what’s the point of email or calling the number you respond with under each review... just to confirm how awful this location is?

This review is NOT about US Bank as an entire company, just this branch in Fairview Heights. There is no bank slower than this one. Avoid at all cost—-especially if you’re in a hurry. The worst, the worst, the worst!

Unfortunately, this branch has been by far the most difficult and frustrating banking experience I've ever had ... I have had many issues with banks but this outdoes them all. Not only do they put you on hold for over 45 minutes just to answer a question, when you show up they make you redo paperwork you already signed because they messed up, then you wait 1.5 hours for them to print them...and the list goes on. very very terrible experience each time.

Today I had a bad experience. I was told that the bills where unorganized when I know for sure that they were organized, I was also told that I would no longer be able to make my Commercial deposits there due to the fact that they where “too large”. I have a video to prove that the bills where organized and a video to prove that she says we can no longer make deposits there. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with the same person. She keeps telling me to do the night drop but I don’t have a key and I have continuously asked about information on the key but every time I ask I get no response. The only reason why I got it this bank is because it is the nearest location to my from my house, but I think I will have to look for another bank that is professional with my money.

Worst customer service of any business I have been too. We are regular commercial customers required to use this bank for cash deposits. They are flat out rude in the drive through, Have little care for what you need, have given torn or broken money in change orders, have given incorrect total amount sin change orders. (Make sure you count your money) You can really tell Most of the folks working here do not like. dealing with people. Occasionally they have forgotten to mute their Microphones and made very rude passive aggressive comments. If you have to go to this bank to make a deposit, the best customer service you will get is from The night drop

This branch is worthless. Every time I call for a very simple question they tell me to call the 1-800 number. One question was what do you charge to cancel a person check. Every employee should know that.

I went through the drive through and the teller was very nice. Compared to the other 4 banks I use, this one is the best. Consistent and very helpful with the customer in mind! Highly recommended ?
