He's patient, explains everything in a way I can understand, somehow always finds time to answer questions, is extremely knowledgeable, and truly cares about each animal he sees. His staff is great too!”

“Animal Hospital of O’Fallon loves yours pets as if they are the owners. The staff remember you and your pets and are genuinely caring of pets wellbeing. They have another office in case they don’t have appointment available. I found a kitten and they helped to make sure it was healthy. Lucky the kitten was perfectly healthy and ending up stealing my heart. Days later my wife forced to give Bruce away.”
“One word: Phenomenal! They truly live up to their name as Best Friends. The staff are nothing short of miracle workers. They have given me hope when I had none. They've saved my pets' lives when I thought they were going to pass. I walked in about to cry and leave smiling. Everyone from their vets to their nurses to their receptionists (and every other lovely person who works there) are all so talented and kind. They treat you like they've known you for years. The facility is very welcoming. My pets have always been comfortable staying with them, and I have never had any doubts in their capabilities to care for them. And their communication is amazing. When I'm not there for their surgeries or appointments they always call me after and update me, and in great detail, on everything. They answer so fast to calls and emails. They're always concerned for my pets and reach out to me first about follow-ups and updates on their condition. That empathy and communication is huge when you need that reassurance. Plus, every time I've needed an appointment, they get me in so soon. So many times they have managed to squeeze me in the next day which is insane compared to multiple vets who schedule weeks out. They are also so understanding about time and it's great being able to drop off my lil guys in the morning and pick them up when I'm ready. I also really appreciate that they provide me with multiple options if treatment depending on my budget. It's nice to know that even when I don't have the funds they will help me find a solution and treatment that I can afford. I can't thank them enough for everything they've done for me and my pets. I can't recommend them enough. They truly are something special!”
“I’ve been going to AAP for a few yrs now. I get all my testing and surgeries there for my dogs and so do my friends. Anytime my dogs are sick I can call Dr Chris or his staff and they fit me in right away. We drive almost an hour 1 way just to come to them because their service is so amazing! The way they care for their customers is amazing. I highly recommend them.”
“If you're looking for a great veterinarian , this is the place for you. Everyone is so kind. My cat has anxiety issues when going to the vet. I got medicine to calm her down. The vet tech AND the doctor were incredibly thorough and kind. Dr. Kinnunen explained the issues she found with my cat. Valerie, vet tech, even called to see how my cat was doing. Great people!!!”
“When you have older pets, & one with a chart longer than a CVS receipt, you get to know your vet’s office very well. There isn’t a staff friendlier, more caring, or more helpful than Horseshoe Lake. They’ve been with our family through so much, & we couldn’t be more grateful. HIGHLY recommend. Bonus — ask for Amy at reception if you need a lil’ karaoke as a pick-me-up!”

“My son’s dog Blue, Siberian Husky had hair loss and taken to several other vets who said he had allergies. Dr Fischer said he had liver disease and was treated. He has since recovered with hair growing back and eating better. Also, Cody my maltese/bichon frise mix had cherry eye which Dr Fischer did the surgery and he recovered well and his eye looks much better. Bellemore as affordable prices for vaccinations and competent care.”
“Hillside Pet Clinic has always been so good to my dog, Bandit. Sometimes we think he gets “sick” on purpose so he can go visit his friends at Hillside! Would recommend taking your pet there.”

“Everyone is so friendly with our dog. She has a neurological issue and they treat her so good. They also offer wellness plans for your pet that include shots, check ups, annual teeth cleaning, and discounts for being a plan member.”
“Professional, clean, affordable, and friendly. My cat got a UTI and they were able to squeeze in an emergency visit same day. (This does depend on appointments and canceling so is not always possible). I will be taking all my pets here in the future and will recommend them to everyone!”
“Had to rake my dog unexpectantly to this facility. Drove 1.5 hours and would do it again. Unfortunately we lost our boy but I can't stress enough..from beginning to end..the staff was fast, respectful, sincere, and very personable.
Not to mention when we did go in to be with our boy, facility was super clean, smelled good and again staff so supportive in all they did and explaining everything.”
