The technicians that assisted me were awesome. Each year I've come in they’ve explained everything whereas I have no questions. Both ladies were absolutely awesome. Welcomed me as soon as I walked through the door and assisted me with finding the right pair of glasses.

This is the 3rd year I’ve been with Visionworks and have been very happy, pleased & impressed. The staff is amazing & knowledgeable about eye ware, insurance or any other issues you may have . I’m always pleased with the frames I let the staff choose & have always had a pleasant experience. P.S… I. LUV MY NEW FRAMS.

I finally got my glasses! ??I should never have gone to a different retailer, I should stick to the brand I know and trust. From the moment I walked in to the moment my glasses were ready for pick up, the service I received here was top notch. I love my progressive lenses, you can’t even tell that they are bifocals! The turnaround time was pretty quick

Alicia was the staff member that helped me. She was very helpful in helping me find the right frames to fit my face. While Alicia was helping me, the other 2 staff members came over at different times and helped with their opinions also. A great experience and I would recommend them to friends and family.

Immediate service from the first step in the door. Granted, at the time I was in the store I was the only customer/patient. Pricing for a fixed income retiree was very good. Mail discount was a big help. Helpful, courteous, professional, with a good sense of humor helps.A pleasant, enjoyable experience. I hope the same feelings when I come back to pick up my new glasses.

Had an absolutely amazing experience at Visionworks Fairview Heights. The employees were very knowledgeable and attentive. My 5 year old son was getting glasses for the first time. They made sure we got a great deal on 2 pair and were very patient while we picked them out. The glasses only took about 5 days to come in. When we picked them up, the employee was very thorough while fitting them to his face and even taught him how to take care of them. I couldn't recommend them enough!

I'm assuming anyone that wrote a negative review on this place didn't deal with the staff that I dealt with. By far one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! Charity, Stephanie, Kathy, and the Dr's and tech were amazing to work with. They were all smiles the whole time and made the whole process quite enjoyable. They helped me choose out frames that best fit my face and look. Heck, they even offered me popcorn, ice cream, and a bottle water while I waited. I hope when I go to get my glasses I get to see them again to say thank you for the great experience.

I was a lil late for my appointment and the appointment after me came early. I asked what was the grace period and was told that it's 5-10mins. I arrived 5mins past my appointment when they checked the time it was 7 mins past my appointment and wanted to try to have me wait an entire 30mins bc the customer who came at least 40 minutes early to their appointment was here before me (my appointment was at 1040 and thir appointment was at 1120). I asked so it doesn't matter when you have an appointment if you come in before someone else appointment suppose to be you get to go before them bc you got here 1st? The rep proceeded to say I would put them past their appointment if I go now, when I was within the grace period that they allow and currently my appointment would be now as we are speaking and the customer that was early had plenty of time before their actual appointment. None of it made sense, and it was either I wait about 30-40mins or reschedule an entire week out smh. I have been going to this vision works since I've moved to this area about 4yrs ago bc I enjoyed vision works in Florida when I was first introduced to the company. I guess this was it for me bc I cannot believe that is the manner of how business will be done here, they may as well be a 1st come 1st serve operations instead of making appointments. I guess ill be an American Best customer now and see what they have to offer.

No actual doctor onsite any more. Refused appt for our 9 year old because it's a telehealth only location. Definitely won't be back. This used to be a good store.
