Went to hospital at 3 a.m for my son's 104.2 temperature at 6am the scripts were called in. At 210 I pull up to the drive thru. 2 sick children is almost impossible to get through the store to deal with this face to face . So I pull up and wait and wait and wait some more . 33 mins behind a episode of Jerry Springer. I swear to you the lady before me was beating up her car trying to get her medicine. There it is I finally get to talk to the person named Danny who told me to drive around the building and it would be ready . I told them I will be waiting right here I've already waited 30 mins to just talk to them. They then tell me it's gonna be 30mins and walks away. Because I'm not leaving. My son's got pneumonia and I'm not going anywhere without his medication. They come back laughing like it's a big joke . What happened to compassionate care . Or customer service. I could have had door dash or pizza delivered 2 times over in the time frame I sat in that drive thru window .at least after that I actually got the medicine. They throw it in the trash if you don't get it in the window the Drs offices sends it in . And double bills for the refill to the insurance company. I don't honestly know how they are allowed to stay in business other than being the only one in town

Customer service at this location is abysmal. If you cannot get everything you need done online, you are out of luck. Lengthy wait times to speak with a tech who then says she cannot help you - "Have a good day. Click."

Good in a pinch but I usually only go here late at night and need medicine. I HATE that they push their app and data tracking so hard. BUT they are open late and usually have what I need. This last time it was orajel.

If You're going to suddenly fall behind in technology and have an app that is absolutely useless all the way around, at least hire competent, somewhat friendly staff (specifically in the pharmacy) to compensate for the downhill spiral in everything else. I shouldn't have to walk in to the Walgreens three hours after my estimated time for my prescription to be ready, (according to the app that just seems to spit out a status anymore), have the arrogant pharmacy tech talk to me like I'm the fool, then wait for them to put the order through anyway and fill it within whatever time is convenient from that moment. It's funny because I used to encourage my mom to use Walgreens, always telling her that it is such a smooth process and how their so technology inclined, and that the staff always seems to have it together and how it reminded me of how a chic fila restaurant is ran . Man is that image shattered these days. Do better Walgreens!!! You have too much competition nowadays to have absolutely nothing of value to offer to your customers.

The Walgreens in Fairview Heights is horrible. The customer service is poor and the wait time is ridiculous for drive-thru pickup. This needs to be fixed, nobody has time to sit and wait for meds for an hour or longer. Get with taking care of this problem Walgreens or it can be a serious problem for your pharmacy.

My daughter in law’s prescriptions were sent to this Walgreens on Saturday. This morning at 11:20, they told her 2 more hours. At the 2 1/2 hour mark they told her 2 more. She has been waiting over 5 hours and she had to get mean for them to start on it. She is very shy and it takes a lot for her to say something. Unfortunately this is where my son’s insurance makes her go. Avoid Walgreens if you can!

Limited hours, poor service. Not the best pharmacy around. Just sucks to have to use them for insurance reasons.

Made an appointment to get a flu shot and it took over an hour. I was told to make an appointment so I did. While waiting I saw people walking in for shots without appointments. Walk ins were getting waited on before me.

We’ve gotten my 4 year olds covid shots done here this year, 2022, and had a really great experience. An appointment is required online. He had to get three of them being under the age of 5, but we didn’t have to wait long for any of them. The staff was great.

How does Walgreens get 1 star well let's see, maybe its because I had a scheduled covid test for my son @ 2:15 pm and the email tells you to get there 5 minutes early and I got there 15 minutes early. I still waited in their long line until 2:33pm and when it's my turn no one checks my confirmation email, my ID or my insurance card. So what do they tell me to do? Well they tell me to park on the side of the building. So you might be asking what's the problem with that? Well....... the problem is I sat there for an hour ? I call no one answers the phone ? my day is wasted because I'm waiting for a nose swab that takes 15 seconds to do. I used to work retail so I get that you are busy but I was there and you should have had the decency to let me know SOMETHING. Get more workers because this was absolutely ridiculous.

Pharmacy is not very reliable. Sometimes getting something filled here is like pulling teeth. If you need a prescription urgently send it to Walmart in Collinsville
