So many dresses look so good and cute. I found a red dress for my bridal party night. The straps where a little bit long but I can take care of it though, just something small no biggie.

Absolutely amazing customer service! My ladies and I were taken care of and had such a good time trying on so many dresses for our event! They even suggested some outfits for us and got different sizes for us. They allowed us girls to have such a good time finding our fits.

I drove an hour to return something because I checked the hours b4 leaving on Google says open from 11 to 6 and they were closed at 130 but says open till 6 so I waste gas and time because you can’t properly update your hourslike seriously

Brought a dress that I ended up not wearing because I missed my flight so I tried refunding it… no one told me at the time of the purchase that the dress was non refundable… I would have gotten a dress else so I basically have a dress that I paid money for that I’ll never wear

After my fiancée felt uncomfortable in the dressing room because a tall man was wondering around right outside the doors (beyond the sign that read "please wait here"), I asked the manager on duty about their policy that would prevent this situation. The manager on duty told me they don't prevent men from wondering around right outside the dressing rooms while women are getting dressed.

The woman taking dresses from the fitting room was very disrespectful. Not only that but she didn’t have her shoes on. It was just socks.

I love this store, but I went in 2 days ago and the girls working were VERY immature. The girls weren’t paying attention whatsoever, on their phones, and cussing like crazy about one of their fellow coworkers. Overall the customer service was awful and I hope this gets taken care of soon.
