Went into Zales yesterday 5/23 and had a wonderful experience working with the store manager Jon. We’ve had other rough experiences previously but he went above and beyond. Walked in there to see our options about repairing a ring and came out with an upgrade to a beautiful new wedding set in its place. Extremely happy!
