“Really great customer service from Jeff Yemm, I was interested in a vehicle on their lot but I’m not local to that area. Even knowing that I was quite a few hours away and coming out in person would be tough, he went out of his way to provide every bit of information I requested in great detail. He was extremely responsive and professional over the course of week of interaction. Unfortunately the deal didn’t work out in the end but through and through provided great customer service and professionalism. I’d do business with him any day.”
“The RV tire took a hit. I called and they were to happy to help us. 2 new tires and 1 hour later. We still made the wedding in Milwaukee. These guys are the best! Loved to spending my money locally. Please give these guys your business.”
“Have been a long time customer and have always experienced first class service. Have also bought several cars from them and am always satisfied with fair price and quality of cars.Services: Auto detailing”
“We had tire problems south of Springfield. As we waited for road side assistance, Dave from d&d tires pulled up and helped us get our tire taken care of. We also are regulars at d&d in Hamel. Great bunch of people”
“I was on the side of the road with a shredded tire just south of the Divernon exit on 55. It was just before 5pm and I did a map search to see what was in the area that could help. I called, left a voice mail saying where I was and what I needed. Five minutes later, Jason called back. I was on my way in less than an hour, even including a battery jump. Nice guy. Had everything needed to replace and air up my spare.”
“They seem disorganized when you go in, but don't let it fool you. Very nice people, and the work is second to none! I have taken my cars there for years now, and have always found his work to be exceptional!”
“Wes did an amazing job fixing the bushings on the left front side of my car. Not marked up parts, he called napa to order a part and had it the next day, and in my car. It made the car feel like new when driving again. I will be taking my cars to him from now on. Great job wes thank you”
“Herman’s Garage was called today (01/22/26) for my truck that we couldn’t get started and needed two batteries. Within 15 minutes of the call for a tow truck, our tow driver arrived. The driver was very nice and very professional. Very glad Herman’s was called! They are very fast, friendly and are very knowledgeable. Huge shout out to Jason for responding very fast and helping us get our truck back into service! Thank you for the 5-Star all-around awesome service!”

“Hit a deer on the interstate 15 minutes into our vacation. Our car was not in driving condition. After calling Springfield tow trucks with no luck, one company told us to call Joe's in Farmersville. Thank goodness because we got through and Steve showed up in 35 minutes. He towed us to our house to unload our luggage and we were still able to go on vacation. By the way, this happened about 2:15am. Thank you Joe's Auto Service and Steve.”
