I stopped in the Farmersville store today to use the restroom and purchase a soda and snack. I was impressed with the appearance of the store and the quality and quantity of products the store has to offer. I was not impressed with the customer service. I made my way to the counter. I noticed a hot cart with packaged pizzas and Bosco sticks. I look through to try and find a sausage and mushroom pizza. I was told by a young lady with black hair not to touch the pizzas or i would have to pay for all of them . I was flabbergasted she told me this. The products in the hot cart were packaged. So it's not like I was touching food with my bare hands. This woman was extremely rude with a poor attitude. This is not how you treat a paying customer. Not to mention the pizza tasted like it had been in the hot cart for hours. It wasn't good.

Bathroom not very clean and employees extremely inattentive. I stood waiting to check-out for at least a minute while the 2 employees talked to their friends an finally asked if I could please pay and leave.

The slots are the best part about this truck stop. THE FOOD AND STAFF WHO YOU BRING UP AN ISSUE TO ARE AWFUL! OVER THE LAST MONTH I HAVE BEEN IN HERE ABOUT THREE TIMES A WEEK AND I HAD GOTTEN A HALF GALLON OF CHOCOLATE MILK WHICH WAS COMPLETELY SPOILED ABOUT VOMITED SOON AS I TOOK A SIP OF IT I GOT A SPOILED BARBECUE RIB SANDWICH WHICH WAS LAST NIGHT I'M SITTING IN THE PARKING LOT RIGHT NOW AND THEY WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND I ALSO HAD BOUGHT A HOT POCKET WHICH WAS HORRIBLY OLD AND EXPIRED AND THE CHEESE WAS LIKE CURDLES OF SOURED MILK AND I ALMOST VOMITED WHEN I TOOK A BITE OF THAT SO I WOULD REALLY LIKE MY MONEY BACK AND I WOULD REALLY LIKE A REFUND FOR ALL THIS MONEY I'VE BEEN SPENDING HERE A RIB SANDWICH WAS SPOILED WHICH WAS LAST NIGHT AND A SOURED HOT POCKET

This place was ROUGH. Stopped late at night for gas and such. 'Women's' bathroom was gross. No TP in most of the stalls, so when I entered, someone was asking for me to find some and hand it under the door. The ONLY stall with tp was so small that I had to straddle the toilet to close and open the door... I've run into this design flaw before, and it is nasty! Jack Flash should prioritize accommodating people's legs in the bathroom over more space to display more of the junk they wanna sell you. This was made worse by the gross state of the bathrooms. Looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days.
When I left the bathroom, someone was hollering through the store looking for someone who works there... took 3 minutes of hollering before anyone answered. What the heck is up with that? Maybe y'all gotta pay your employees better. Ugh.

Nice little stop. Lots of shopping, snacks, souvenirs, clean store, helpful and friendly staff. We didn't shower here, but the ladies room needed attention, and once staff was told, they rushed to attend to it.

Older lady, Cindy I think, was a grouch. Pizza was all expired; still edible but not great. Store is pretty well stocked & lot of room to park.

Very nice. Has decent size parking area for trucks. Clean inside and out. Clean bathrooms. No showers, other than that it's a great place to spend your break.

3/2024 5* Stopped in for gas. What a fun place. Lots of great stuff for the wife and kids to look at. It was a great break from driving. Brightens up the day.

It's a cool gas station. With all different kinds of things to buy inside.From clothing, food, liquor, candy and souvenirs. The bathrooms are kept clean.
