Zac was very polite and helpful in explaining the policy and payment process and went out of his way to make it easy for us to get things signed with my Husband being unable to get around with his recent surgery.

The whole time I've had state farm insurance I've yet to speak directly to the guy who's name is on the agency building. Two claims in three years after having them for many years and I was dropped like a hot potato. And when that happens to you good luck finding other insurance. There must be a blacklist out there somewhere because it's not easy or cheap finding another carrier after the mighty state farm drops you. re: A response, not sure how you can keep me as a customer when the main office cancels me. also, you have so many unhappy customers you can't figure out the one recently dropped?

I was hesitant about switching insurance because I had been with my current auto policy for so long. Zach was so knowledgeable and helped me get a great price for auto and renters insurance. I called Tom Conklin State Farm with questions about my auto insurance monthly rate. I had the pleasure of speaking with Salina Durst. Salina explained that the insurance card was for my Corvette and the total charges were for multiple vehicles on my policy and not a major increase on the Corvette.
