The bozo that worked there shipped my dvd/vcr combo that cost 150$ in one single wrap of bubble wrap and put it in a huge box so it was moving all around in the box, and it cracked the vcr and broke it. I paid 16$ damn dollars for the to pack and ship because I was in a hurry and couldn't pack it myself this one time .. this is the most amateur thing I've ever seen how are you working at a packing and shipping store and pack something like you have zero idea on how to ship I am so beyond pissed off there's someone who works there who doesn't take their job seriously. And I could tell by the look on her face when I said I need you guys to pack this .. she looked at me like it was a hassle I knew she was gonna half a$$ it.

I usually have a very good experience in this store. Everyone is usually very polite and accommodating, but the experience I had the other day just really irked me. I am always polite and say hello with a smile and am usually met with the same, but this past week, I was "helped" by a girl who definitely gave me the "I hate you because you are privileged" look. The attitude where there are no pleasantries returned only a look of utter disgust. Again, I am always polite, but the palpable hatred was making me rethink doing business with this store.

Maybe this is unfair, reviewing a local office that MIGHT not be the ones at fault (who knows?)... but it is unfair that Fed-Ex is such a horrible company and doesn't allow us to know which office to complain about. I am sooooooooo sick and tired of Fed-Ex's delivery flub-ups and lies in a pattern over time. They went from being the best to being the absolute worst company for deliveries. I now write to shippers to advise them to stop using Fed-Ex. On one occasion, they told me SIX times (six different days) that the item was **on their truck and out for delivery.** But it wasn't delivered. The current problem: live plants are in the package and they're playing that same game again. Promising: "It will for sure be delivered tomorrow, absolutely." Then it's not. And who knows what kind of weather the live plants are being subjected to during these delays? If you try to get to the bottom of the problem, you get somebody half way around the planet you're lucky if you can understand and who can only do what you can already do yourself, read the computer and see only the broken promises. The only thing they can do is "send the information" to somebody else, but of course YOU can't contact the somebody else; they won't let you. So you have no one to troubleshoot the problem, and no way to know which office to complain about. Whenever you're told your package will be delivered by Fed-Ex, join me it writing to them and asking them to stop using Fed-Ex. And if you're this local office and don't like the one star, then join us in getting your company to change its ways. Either get out of the business of delivering OR become a trustworthy company with reasonable customer service.

These guys have one... ok two jobs. Print things and ship things. I went in to print 6 standard PowerPoint presentations. After $100 in charges the print outs were not aligned on the paper and there was ink smudges in over half the pages. The employees told me that (a) I shouldn't have gotten a receipt because now it is hard to give me a refund and (b) I should have used a pdf. There was no accountability for the poor quality of their equipment and I am out $100 and have poorly printed documents. Go to another location or use the UPS store on Ogden and Grand. F

Needed to get a 2021 family calendar printed for Christmas, but procrastinated. Did it online the morning of the 24th in hopes that it would be ready before the store closed. Got an email less than an hour later that the calendar was done. Went over, picked it up, and it looked great. Staff was very friendly. Would totally recommend this location!

I have had a negative experience on multiple fronts of my FedEx experience. From a shipment order online being incorrect from what I ordered, to trying to rectify the problem with the Fedex website, service virtual assistant, 4 different FedEx Customer Service representatives, and even a FedEx Manager Employee (Christian) at this store front, where the shipment was sent from. I will focus on just my experience with this store-front... On every level FedEx has been unhelpful and has attempted to divert the problem to another party rather than trying to help. In particular this FedEx store front manager was rude and unhelpful with his only answer to my problem to resolve it on my own online (despite me explaining it did not work as he suggested) or to call the customer service hotline. Multiple hotline employees (who were just as unhelpful, but I'll spare the details) mentioned to me that I was misinformed by the manager and that he should have been able to help. He also attempted to place blame on me (rather than trying to find a solution) for not creating an account with FedEx for this shipment (saying this would have been avoided) rather than checking out as a 'guest' account. Very helpful... Not only was the store unwilling to help rectify the problem with the shipment label they also were unwilling to hold the packages while I tried to correct the issue online as they suggested. Instead they made my friend (dropping the packages on my behalf) come back to the store a second time to drop the packages back exactly as we had asked to do the first time. Very smart policy in a COVID pandemic world to unnecessarily force customers to make contact with a storefront twice rather than once. This is the last time I ever choose to ship with FedEx, and I plan to tell my family/friends to boycott a service that has been so customer/user-unfriendly and unhelpful. Particularly in a time of a COVID pandemic, when the importance of timely and convenient delivery and recieving of packages is of utmost importance. Worst shipping experience I've ever had in my life-- wasted hours trying to send two small packages that were already packed and had shipping labels ordered. I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The people here are super helpful. Today they went above and beyond to really help me out. They are always professional, and willing to work with me to resolve an issue, or find a solution to a problem. They are definitely the best in WP.

Package is shipping local from Chicago, have been waiting for 2 weeks and yesterday order was finally out for delivery but shipping details claimed package was un-deliverable due to "building being closed for business"........I work from home and live in a walk-up apartment with a doorbell.

This is the worst fedex location. I have never been treated with respect. The employees working there are rude and not helpful. I try my best never to use them.

Has anyone ever used FedEx Tech support? Pretty lame - all I wanted to know is why entering a code to access FedEx Delivery Manager repeatedly gives me an 'expired' error message. I used two different codes sent to me within two months via USPS, two different devices on multiple times/days. I was told to use a different browser or clean my browser's history, and was put on hold a number of times to consult for more information. The website tech suggested I might not be entering upper or lower cases correctly. Code is only 6 numbers! - how could he not know this? Nuts! I have been using the same browser for years with banking, credit accounts, store ordering, bill payments and yes, even FedEx tracking with an account. Any support problems from other agencies that I encountered were handled immediately, or simply explained as "in repair". It turns out my issue would be escalated to a higher tech support, if I choose, by providing them with my login to which a temporary password would be created. Then, I would be called after 24 hours, but a voice message could not be left. I cancelled the request and resorted instead to voice my complaint to others who might also be entrapped. FedEx you can do better than this!

The employees here are nice and helpful and willing to fix mistakes, however that doesn't make up for the messy/sloppy work. The cuts were not very clean, some of the cards were ripped and there was dye splotches as the person did not think to not stack wet ink on top of other items. Further, folding was sloppy and clearly rushed and the time it took to get things complete was way longer than necessary. We went to a print shop downtown and had the items printed within 2 hours of submitting an order. Will not be returning to this location for any future printing needs.

I don't understand where some of the negative reviews are coming from. Customer service was excellent today, the entire staff seemed nice and professional. They introduced me to all the different shipping options and pricing. However, I had to say that the wait time was a bit long. Therefore, I'm leaving 4 stars.

I have recently sold my office printer through Amazon and as it was my first time selling stuff online, I wasn't quite sure what would be a good choice for the shipping service. I decided to go with FedEx and unfortunately it was disappointing. However, there were still a few good things about my experience with them. Even though I came to the location pretty late (around 8 pm), the staff was patient with all of my questions and they helped me to pack the printer which was really nice. Everything seemed fine on that night but a day later they called me saying that the package is overweight and they won't be able to ship it with FedEx Ground. The only option was to ship it with Freight which costed 200$ more... This was completely weird because when I checked the weight with the employees at my first visit they said it is fine. So, on next day I came into the store planning to get my printer back but I met their manager who was super helpful. She handled the situation on a very professional level and managed to calm me down. We ended up repacking the printer and its supplies into two different boxes which allowed to reduce the weight and ship it with Ground. I was happy again but a week later I received a photo from my customer (attached to this review). The manager and other employees assured me that the packaging is fine and printer should be delivered safely. I realize it was probably my fault of incorrect packing and choosing the Ground. I think they could have warned me of that. I received a refund from them but this whole situation wasted a lot of my time:(

I visited this location to print out homework late evening because it was the only FedEx Office open near my neighborhood. I had mixed feelings about visiting this FedEx because of where it sits. It sits on a congested strip where there are restaurants, bars, and other businesses located so I was not sure how parking would be. Your only option for parking at this location is either street parking or neighborhood parking, which both can be a headache depending on what time of the day you visit. In my case, I visited during the late evening hours and parking was very slim because many of the neighborhood residents were home, as well as others parking in the area for a night out on this strip. So with that choose wisely when you visit this FedEx Office. The inside of this location seemed compact due to it being attached to other businesses. My visit was very brief because I utilize the self-service printing machine which I have used before in the past at a different location. So with that my encounter with the employees were only just a "Hello" and "Have a great evening". While walking to my car I noticed a Starbucks on the corner which will be beneficial in the future if I need to do homework at a place that provides Wifi, with this FedEx being a few stores down to print out an assignment like such. I'm quite positive that I will return in the future, if I have any more assignments that I need to print out late evening. With this location being the nearest to my neighborhood, it is quite possible that I will. And besides, I was charged only 13 cents per page - black & white copies, which totally is not bad even though nearby Copy Max - Wicker Park trumps this price by being 6 cents cheaper, but that is a different subject.
