Went in and got drinks and the cashier Taylor was so rude got to counter I said hi and she never said one word except total amount that cell phone was more important then the customers got my items said thank you and have good day not a word. It's a good caseys despite having very limited food options. The kitchen is tiny. So that's not in the manager or workers control. But I really wish they would fix the hot coco machine. And keep it running. Sometimes they have 1 flavor working. But that's the most I've seen in 2 years.

The best thin crust pizza I've ever eaten was made here. Seriously, awesome job. Top notch. I should know. I used to work in the kitchen there in 2008.
Wheelchair accessibility: Maybe if they kept the store clean, it would be wheelchair accessible. That place is nothing like it used to be in 2008 when I worked there. Granted, they seemed like they were getting rid old stock. It was just kinda hard to get around in there at that time. It is handicap accessible, though besides the door.

Where to start, maybe with the store manager? Dude is a classic D-Bag, treats his employees past and present like absolute s**** belittles their beliefs, for example he went off on one of his employees for believing in God and the Bible, and told him how effing stupid he was. Got mad that the previous assistant manager fell asleep on HIS ONLY day off and did not rush to answer the phone so that Mr. Store Manager could go home and not have to fill in for a sick employee. He was screaming, and cussing throughout the store all the while throwing s*** in the store. The poor cashier, who has PTSD, had a damned anxiety attack and had to leave early. That also pissed him off to the point where he left and angry note taped to the register, for all to see, customers and employees on how he wanted her to explain herself to him on why his money wasn't adding up and why she thought she could make him sweep the store when he came in. That's not the least of my stories about this fool. But you tell the area supervisor, Gina and she does nothing which is to be expected since she let this store fall to ruin. Oh, but she says she gave him a stern talking to...yeah okay, and I'm Good Saint Nick. Next order of business, is this Cashier who goes throughout the store talking like she's Nicki Minaj, the nasty drug addicted white knock off, so think Kathy Griffith trying to pose as Nicki, saying My N*gga in every other sentence and the entire store is just staring in disbelief and when we ALL brought it up to store management they just were like we'll handle it and boy did they I came back in and it's all My N*gga this, My N*gga that, I effing hate N*gga's, good going management you are real problem solvers. So if you want to be treated with disrespect, racism and abuse come on down to Casey's in good ole Flanagan, IL
