Been to that store 3 separate times to load cash onto a debit card, each time a different cashier and none of them knew how to do it . I don't think the manager trained them properly and is wrong to be offering a service when you can't provide it.

Just got out of a surgery and stopped by here to grab some broth. Both containers had someone pushed their finger through the seal on 2 different flavored broth. Then they want to be difficult about a refund or return. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone if you like your health

The Dollar general store located in Flanagan Illinois 61740, is being supposedly managed by a complete idiot. It proves the point that there is a incompetent person that can hold a low level non thinking, unproductive, position in every corporation. This manager exceeds the lowest standards for being able to work with the public. She is unprofessional ,rude and unnecessary petty. Her training must have consisted of all those factors, because she does it so well! For anyone, rethinking my post, consider how long would it take for you to be uneasy with a person who avoids greetings you when you enter their place of business? 3 trips, 4 trips?

Cashier was great! When I checked out on evening of January 3rd I had asked if he would open my hand soap. Because I have trouble doing it. It was nice was when that was done for me. After I paid for it. It was so nice of him do that ! I Don't know if anyone knows how it's appreciated when a person has trouble doing that! It sofrustrating for me when I have trouble trying to get it open. Thank you again! I always have great Customer service. Keep up the great work

They should open at 7 a.m. that way bu 8 a.m. they will actually be open on time ridiculous but then again not surprising for this town !!!
