Doc’s Gym is a solid local spot with good equipment and a friendly atmosphere. The staff is helpful, and the gym feels clean and well-maintained. Plus, it’s open 24 hours, which is perfect for flexible workout schedules. Great place for regular workouts in Flora!

Haven't been since it moved into its new location. Until now, State of the art equipment. A variety of machines and free weights. Nice changing rooms/bathrooms. Music playing 24/7.
