Joe McCoy. Flora. Just a quick note to tell you how much Mary and I appreciated the services provided by Probst Auto Body in Flora.
Kendra and Allie were so professional and empathetic in educating us in the process of repairs. They dealt with our insurance company, further making the experience more tolerable. We were contacted several times during the course of repairs. This was very much appreciated. We were furnished with a clean, functional rental with a full tank of gas! The technicians also did a wonderful job . Our car looked like new and drove so Smoothly. Every step of the process was professional, and we would highly recommend Probst auto body to any party needing auto body repairs.

Probst Auto Body had been such a great addition to the Flora community. They have such a wonderful, knowledgeable staff, and very efficient. They have been so community oriented since moving in uptown! Thev12c days of Christmas was just icing on the cake!

My husband had a minor encounter with a deer not long ago. The hood had some damage and we definitely expected to need a new 1. They said they thought they could smooth it out. We were skeptical but a few weeks later it was done and looks great! We were definitely impressed with his skill. Our vehicle also had some electrical issues from the deer messing with the sensors. We had the car for a few days and decided things weren't quite right. Within 2 days we were told to take it back and Acura would come pick it up for us to smooth out the electrical issue. We were blown away. They got it all approved with insurance quickly and said all of their work is under warranty and encouraged us to let them know of any issues. Super impressed with this! Kendra has communicated with us every step of the way and we sure appreciate it! But again, that hood work was phenomenal! 5 stars

Probst Auto Body has some of the best people to work with. So nice and caring. I had no doubt they were going to treat my vehicle as if it were their own. I know the work was done right and my vehicle continues to be safe for me and my family. My vehicle looks brand new like nothing ever happened. Will definitely use them again if needed. Excellent service at a lower price than estimated. Probst replaced my bumper cap on my 2021 Tacoma with a new one and painted it. The bumper did not have to be calibrated which would have meant towing to Dan Hecht. Thank you again for prompt, professional service. I shall return if I need body work again and I will definitely recommend your company.

I had a truly outstanding experience with this body shop. From start to finish, they were consistent, fair, and incredibly dedicated. What stood out the most was how they went above and beyond when dealing with the insurance company; they never gave up, and they kept me informed every step of the way.
Their customer service is exceptional. They treated my vehicle with care, communicated clearly, and made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. It’s rare to find a shop that is this honest, persistent, and committed to doing things the right way.

I took my vehicle into Probst in August. The staff was very friendly and very helpful! Kendra updated me often letting me know the status of the repair. She worked hard to get my vehicle returned to me quickly. I would definitely recommend Probst Auto Body!

Probst Auto Body did a great job and was very professional throughout the whole process. I was impressed by their promptness and attention to detail to make sure I was happy with the final result. Probst Auto Body kept me informed throughout the whole process with vehicle status updates and worked to make sure my vehicle was put back together like it was pre-accident. Hitting a deer with a brand new vehicle can be frustrating but had a great experience with Country Financial and Probst Auto Body working together to get me back on the road again.
