I like this location. It was close to our hotel, so we stopped in for snacks and drinks. There was a great selection. The staff was friendly and asked if we needed help. I used self-checkout. My boyfriend isn't a fan, so he was checked out by the nice lady working.

I had a disappointing experience at Mach 1 Carwash. After using their service, my vehicle was still wet and dirty. When I asked for a refund, the lady at the counter requested a receipt. I explained that the machine did not print one and offered for her to inspect the vehicle to see the poor quality of the wash. Unfortunately, she informed me that there was nothing she could do without a receipt. This lack of customer service is unacceptable, especially considering the cost was $13.00.

I was a Mach 1 rewards customer and now that it's self check out I'll give it up and shop somewhere else. If I wanted to check myself out and pump my own gas I should get a employee discount. If they don't want my business other places will.

Worst gas station I have ever been to. Customer service is worthless. Employees rely on self check out too much, I hate self check out. Coolers are always down too.

This location lost two fuel customers within five minutes because there are no cashiers and the self check out kiosks were not working properly. There was a lady behind the counter who was trying to help both customers and this was not her fault at all. However, since Mach 1 has gone to all self check out (which is confusing at best) and no actual person to work the register, they will lose a good deal of the business of the customers who value the customer service expected from a gas station.

As a recent visitor, I found Mach 1 (Phillips 66) to have an excellent selection of beer and liquor. A very clean establishment. It's a regular stop when I'm in the area.
