I desperately needed a new phone, really a upgrade because my phone was broke and this store told me they could not help me because I did not have my ID for them to scan in order to access my account. I then asked could they bypass it with using my four digit password to access my account because I’ve done that before and they said they couldn’t & that i should go to a store that does that. I then went to another AT&T store in Homewood and they were able to access my account with my passcode. I do not appreciate flossmor location not wanting to do their job, if you don’t like your job than QUIT! Never going back here! Wouldn’t recommend what so ever! Once i walked in the door nobody greeted me until i said something which was very rude and unprofessional! Please do better for others

Went in to get Internet service and small DTV package ..priced at 79$ with Chicago sports ch to watch Bulls .the brochure said it included the ch,but when I got home ,NO chg sports ch...had to be upgraded of course just for ONE channel...no good

Naomi has the best customer service around. Polite, smart , and fast. The store was crowded but she made everyone comfortable knowing she’d be with us soon. We will be back to this store because of Naomi!!

Had a issue going on with my account, came into this At&t location Julia and Noemi made sure the issues was taken care of, very welcoming and excellent customer service skills.
