I like shopping at CVS the service is always great and the coupons are an added plus.The service and staff at The CVS on Kedzie and Flossmoor are Great. Makes my shopping experience pleasant.

Pharmacist on staff was amazing, I've never experienced any issues or delays. Please give the people in the pharmacy credit, they are doing their best and I know they are understaffed. Pharmacists were able to help customers, answer the phone, answer in person questions, and give me my vaccine in a timely manner. All deserve much praise and recognition. Patience is key and a virtue.

I would give CVS zero stars if I could. My mother had just come out of surgery today, and I needed to pick up her medication. I checked the hours beforehand to ensure I could make it in time. I arrived at the drive-thru at 7:58 PM, only to wait for 10 minutes while they finished helping the customer ahead of me. Despite my punctual arrival, they closed the gate right after and refused to help me.
Desperate, I ran inside to plead for my mother’s medication, but the staff behind the counter were incredibly unhelpful and indifferent. One employee even acknowledged that I had arrived at 7:58, but claimed it was too late as they had already closed the register after assisting the previous customer. Their lack of compassion and refusal to assist in an urgent situation is beyond unacceptable.
I would never recommend this CVS to anyone. CVS corporate should be ashamed of the subpar service and lack of empathy displayed by their employees. It’s clear they are scraping the bottom of the barrel when it comes to staffing. Avoid this location at all costs.

Great staff, very friendly and showed be exactly where what I needed was. They keep the store clean and greeted me when I came in too. Love this store and all the workers!!

It like entering a mausoleum dark and dank,the staff seems wooden and disgruntled, I usually try to avoid this location, they closed the wrong store when they close the Oakforest store,staff was friendly and professional.

I know there are a lot of bad reviews but everytime I go I see understaffed employees working as a team and I’ve never had any issue. The pharmacists have always been very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Maybe if they hired more people they’d see more favorable reviews.

SUPER SPECTACULAR STAFF AND SERVICE!!!!!We had horrible issues with our Blue Cross and Blue Shield Insurance covering our vaccine administration and shot cost, but the pharmacist assistant Myria got on the phone and even after BCBS was rude to her and hung up saying we're not in network she didn't give up. Another call and she got everything taken care of!!!! Need help ask for Myria!She did this while helping other customers and not missing a beat. The pharmacist Nadar was nice and got us in without an appointment for our vaccines. The other staff was superb and they all worked like a dedicated team.We normally don't go to this location because I moved but this was my old location for five years and the care and good service has not dropped like my new location. I guess when you get great service it's best to just drive back to where you know people will take care of you!!! Flossmoor CVS!!!Even the manager noticed we were hanging out so long and asked if the staff was doing there job and if she could help at all. I've only seen a manager at this location and she's the only one that has ever actually walked up to me and asked if she could help. And she was leaving for the day and still stopped to help.The whole staff was so nice and pleasant!!!! Thanks for doing a great job!!!5 stars
