Kluger Furs is one of my favorite furriers. Sue and Larry want you to love what you buy. Caroline is very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me find my coat and its still a show stopper. If you are looking for that unique piece of fur, leather or shearling, Kluger is where you must go.

I was in the market for a new fur jacket and was referred to Ms.Gerri. I thought I wanted a black one and she was so patient and thorough in providing me options. After working with me, listening to my needs and just noticing my style, she brought me out multi color jacket that's was AMAZING! I totally forgot I came there for black. She and the owner Mr. Kluger worked with me on sizing to make sure it was perfect. Her follow-up throughout the process was great and the pricing was right and a great sale at the time. The entire team, Kluger family and most importantly Ms.Gerrimade my experience a great one! I'll be back for the black one!

Had the absolute best experience at Kluger Furs today with Gerri Avent. She listened to everything I said about my style, desired fit and the look I was trying to achieve. She was so kind and patient and pulled coats for me to try until I found the perfect one. I absolutely love my coat and plan to see Gerri the next time that I'm ready to shop. I had an absolute great WONDERFUL experience in there today. Immediately when my sister and I walked in, we were greeted with a cheerful hello ? very pleasant AND helpful I tried on numerous coats repeatedly until my mind was made up, while there were plenty other customers in the store I did not feel rushed or pressured to make up my mind. My sales associate was Caroline and let me say she was the absolute BEST and extremely Knowledgeable I would and will definitely recommend KLUGER FURS…great sale by the way LOVE ❤️ LOVE ❤️ This establishment….This is now my go to for a shearling or fur coat last the owners SUSAN and husband were a total charm my experience was FANTASTIC ??

I was there today I purchased 2 shearling fur & leather jackets, Amazing experience, BTW A GREAT SALE TODAY, .... So many choices to choose from, ... My experience was impeccable 5 *, the staff there and owners were so pleasant, very nice and patient, easy to talk to, I didn't feel rushed to make a decision, Customer Service is Superb, I will definitely shop here again & again. I decided to stop by today to look at options for a full length shearling. I was in there for about 20 minutes. Not one person said one word to me. I saw several sales people look directly at me - then look away. Finally, one sales person said “Hello”, but that was it. No “Can I assist you”, “Is someone helping you”, “Would like to try on anything”. Unbelievable. I was ready to make a purchase. Clearly they didn’t think I was worthy. I walked out. I’ll take my money somewhere else.
