I've been in the flossmoor store a few times and the knowledge of your staff is poor and customer service is terrible. No one wants to help, and help you look for anything.

Called to ask if product (coconut cult) was in stock and they had the product on the shelf and was told yes. Drove 30 minutes to find out that they did not have it in stock. Don’t trust the staff.

My first time at this sunrise, whoever the cashier was has the nastiest attitude. Almost, like she did not want to ring you up. If I didn’t need those items I would have for sure left them! But seeing the other comments their Customer service sucks. But the cashier today on 4/23/24 at 12/55 has the worst attitude. Her name is Claudia!

Small, well established health food stoe. Tiny produce section. I go for the low priced kombucha l but usually grabsome other things.

Love the juice bar selections. My favorite is the Green monster made with fresh green veggies and my second favorite is the Mega Omega drink. The store has a great selection of fresh Vegan meals & desserts. Highly recommended

I’ve been coming here for the past few months and I love it. The store is pretty small but I like it better that way. They have a good selection of products and usually have everything I need. Their soups are delicious and they keep to a schedule. 4 stars because whenever I need help I can’t seem to find anyone to help me in the isle and the employees by the juice bar aren’t equipped to help me find anything in the store

I like to buy vitamins in this place... what bothered me is that they did not want to exchange a cream that smelled bad just because I did not return it within the ten-day policy, do not buy belllesa products, no good place...

They might as well close this store I went there to get some Lenny and Larry's oatmeal raisin cookies and some fresh lemons they had neither I gave them 2 stars because the young man who worked there was courteous but they have nothing

The store was amazing but the customer service is so cold and unwelcoming. They don't greet you coming in and just keep staring. When it was time to checkout I spoke to the lady nothing back then at the end she gets snarky and talks at me regarding the hand basket. I have never seen a store put the hand baskets outside but my hands were full and she nor anyone else didn't offer to swap the basket out for a cart for me to put back. I will try another location but this one I didn't feel welcome or comfortable.

I find this place to be a special Gem in the community. To find a Healthfood store that offers a variety of high quality vitamins and herbal products, an assortment of quality food products, fresh raw veggies, an area to order benefical juices and smoothies all in a neighborhood near me.
