He saw the mistake, changed her medication, listened to me, tested her, and saved her. For those years he and his team took care of my girl and my boy. My girl would go there every month to keep her healthy and she absolutely adored going there, Dr. Valenti was there for years by our side even to the last hrs of her passing, we will forever be great full to him and his team of amazing people. “I brought my dog to see Dr. Sturms after not receiving the care I wanted for him at my local animal hospital. At the prior animal hospital, I felt that staff were poorly informed, the doctor was not thorough, was minimally helpful, and patient care was not ideal. I also felt that I was not appropriately informed of many things. When I took my dog to see Dr. Sturms, the difference in care was like night and day. It was the best decision I could have made for my dog’s care. All the staff I interacted with were kind, informed, and personable. Dr. Sturms was extremely thorough, kind, and considerate. It is clear she is well-educated, informed, and passionate about her field of work. She took into account all the questions and concerns I had, provided thorough education, and gave several different treatment options everything. She has top tier patient care and I would recommend her to anyone. She is the Michael Jordan of veterinary medicine.”

“I can't say enough good things about this place!!! We just got a new puppy and I was looking to find a new vet. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so sweet. The office was immaculate, all the staff were so helpful and made us feel so welcome. When Dr. Scott Gallatin came in the room, he made such a fuss over our Emmie, he even got down on the floor to play with her!! She was not afraid or shaking like our last dog was at the last vet we went to for years. They all went out of their way to make her feel comfortable and make it a memorable experience so she isn't scared to walk in next time. I was very impressed with everyone we came in contact with that day. I would highly recommend Bremen Animal Hospital if you're looking for a new place for your dog or cat, and highly recommend Dr. Scott Gallatin as the vet. Thank you for a great experience. “Five stars isn't enough for the compassion and professionalism shown by Palos Animal Hospital staff. I was in a desperate situation: I had just been released from the hospital and the same day my dog’s health had declined and she needed end of life care. I called 10 local veterinary offices and was turned down by each and every one including by my own veterinary office that I have been going to for a few years. When my own vet wouldn't see me, this office stepped up and squeezed me in without hesitation. Despite being a new client, they treated me and my dog with the utmost dignity, compassion, and urgency. Their willingness to help during such a vulnerable moment meant the world to me. Thank you to Angelyse, staff and Dr. Joel Mills for being there when we needed it most.

“Excellent veterinary clinic, advice, knowledge, and care. If you care about your furry family members, this is the place to take them. Just had my two new dogs spayed and neutered, both are healing nicely and the process went without a hitch. Only issue was that my boy wasn't a fan of finding out before the scheduled appointment that he only had 48 hours left to check his nuts. I told him, "hey buddy, you have 48 hours left." He kept the same expression for almost 5 minutes. 99% sure he completely understood me and was trying to process it. Thankfully both are healing up and healthy.”

Every encounter was friendly and compassionate from the representative scheduling appointments to the doctor himself. . He was kind, knowledgeable, comforting but direct.
My pup has a break right above her ankle and the doctor made a scary and costly situation bearable and offered alternate solutions and gave us reassurance for healing.
There are actually two other facilities under the same management/ownership and I love being able to have options - if one location can't get you in, the other can.
I look forward to many years of my pet receiving extraordinary care from this team!”

“Finding & trusting Animal Eye Consultants has provided a huge relief to a very stressful situation. My 1 year old Rottweiler had cherry eye surgery performed at a general vet (huge mistake) which ended up causing major irritation to my dogs eye …due to lack of procedure knowledge by performing doctor.
