The staff is very nice and respectful towards you (really appreciate that). However if your load is not ready or if they're backed up for some technical reason, they can take forever to load you up.

Very slow loading. Make sure product is ready. It happened twice. Book got reset during loading. Security people are nice

Arrived a little after 11 for my 12 noon appt, out by 12:35. The lady in shipping was polite.
