My recent encounter with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Forest Park, Illinois, left me thoroughly dissatisfied and frustrated. I caution against using this location, particularly for personal or insurance rentals. Despite placing a same-day order for a vehicle pickup, I was greeted with sheer inconvenience upon arrival. Two hours later, no vehicle was available, as the one offered had evident repair issues. This unforeseen delay disrupted my workday and underscored the lack of efficiency at this branch. Seeking assistance, I reached out to a senior representative, only to be met with unresponsiveness. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, including calls the next day, my concerns were met with silence. It's disheartening that even basic courtesy, like returning a call, was overlooked. Thankfully, I found a solution at another location, where prompt and efficient service was provided without unnecessary delays. The stark contrast in customer service between branches highlights the inadequacies of the Forest Park location. The absence of any communication from the area manager regarding my grievances reflects poorly on the leadership and accountability within the organization. It's evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for Enterprise Rent-A-Car Forest Park. In conclusion, I strongly advise against utilizing the services of Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Forest Park. Instead, opt for nearby locations such as Oak Park or Berwyn, where a higher standard of service and genuine concern for customer satisfaction prevails. It's regrettable to witness the decline in service quality at the Forest Park branch, underscoring the importance of prioritizing customer care in any business operation. After a recent experience, I'm convinced that some glowing reviews are likely from bots or the owners' family members. It's hard to believe they're genuine customers. Don't let inflated ratings deceive you! Trust genuine feedback from real customers.

We had a very bad experience dealing with these people. We ordered a car that we could not get. Absolutely lying and irresponsible staff! Don't mess with them!

Good place to rent a car. Customer Service is good and the staff is friendly.. make sure you make your reservation in advance. The inventory is limited. Due to demand.

The customer service i received was impeccable and truly appreciated. Both interactions were extremely professional and overall helpful. I worked directly with KVaughna the assistant manager and she was amazing! Her team hands down has given me a great experience and I’ll continue to do business with their Forest Park location. I was helped by Julia who was extreme nice and tried to help but she was only training. Unfortunately a rep named Freddy was helping her who was extremely rude and refused to help me with fees for an “upgrade” even though they didn’t have my reservation available. I had to take the rental and swap it out at a different location by my house on Ogden and Cuyler that’s so much better. Do not allow Fredy to ruin Julia by having him train her his customer experience is extremely poor and inefficient.

Read before booking with themI booked reservation and called them 15 minutes before coming there. They said they have availability but when i got there they said we don’t have any car whatsoever.Lady who I talked to was there physically but denied it that.Before this i booked with another location and they had common courtesy to call me immediately that they don’t have any cars.I called this location before coming here to get car. I wasted uber money then i went to other location which costed money too.Stupid staffLacks responsibility

Very professional, efficient, and expedient. I loved how they brought me the car to the collision shop, and when I returned the rental, they dropped me back off at the collision shop. Excellent service

The car was fine, but the enterprise location was charging me 7/day in excess of what insurance was covering. They told me that was the only option i had. Since me car was stolen, it took close to a month of rental and I ended up paying over $200 in extra fees. Not ideal while I needed every dollar to resolve my issues.

The wait time was less than 10 minutes. The customer service was excellent. They took time and asked all the questions I had.

I use this location in Forest Park regularly and the customer service is always excellent. Whenever there have been any issues, the staff if responsive and helps resolve everything in a timely manner.

I had a terrible experience. I arrive to this place before 10:00 am on June 8th. They had my reservation from the insurance company over one week. First there were no vehicles available and their reservation was so messed up that I had to make phone calls after phone calls to the insurance company. Found out they look it up under my name instead of reservation number. I waited over 2 hours for a vehicle and when about to get it another problem came about! People who were after me got their vehicle and left and I'm still there! I was put under a lot of stress just to rent a vehicle, and felt like forgetting it and keep on going! I even had an awful headache with all the stress! I will be on my cell phone with the insurance and they were taking care of other people before finishing with my transaction! There was only one of the employee in the entire place that actually was nice and helped me at the end! Hopefully I will not used them again! My car was in the shop so my insurance sent me there! OMG!!

Antwon wad awesome. Thorough and respectful. He made it eady. Only issue is the car, although clean, smelled strongly like skunk.

I cannot reccomend this Enterprise Rent - A - Car location enough. I have have had nothing but great customer service from everyone I worked with over the past three months. Any time that I had a question or needed further explination with my insurance coverage, they took the time to help me figure it out and they were patient and understanding while doing so. When I was waiting for my rental to be ready I witnessed a few other customer interactions occur with the staff that were fantastic. This location truly believes in great customer service and making sure that the customer is happy.

Worst place ever! Never answer the phone and when they do they promise to call back and nothing! Try to talk to them all week and never called back!STAY AWAY! they will charge your card days after return with all these nonsense fees and without your consent!
