I called their shop this morning and explained that I was looking to send a fresh flower arrangement today, one that was big, bright, beautiful and had a "put a smile on their face" appeal for a good friend of mine who needed some cheering-up. After sharing the details, a short time later I received a confirming e-mail with the order, how the card would read, etc., (very professional). They got the order out today. This evening I got a text from my friend on how beautiful and uplifting the arrangement was (I even got a photo with the text - showing the wonderful arrangement on their dining room table, it was AWESOME ! ). “First question I asked was “can you deliver flowers the next day?” Answer from associate was “yes.” Since they said yes, I placed my order. When I called my friend later the next day to find out how she liked the flowers I found out that they were never delivered.They went above and beyond to fix the issue and make my friend's Christmas special. They even delivered the flowers on Christmas Eve even though they were closed for the day. Great customer service and will use them again.”
“They put it a new wooden fence and an iron one for the garden. Great customer service. Although due to the rain we had to get the iron portion rescheduled several times, they were always informative and got the job done quickly and professionally. My parents love that they have a section of the backyard portioned off for their vegetable garden. I love my new fence!”
