Wish I could give - stars
Absolutely horrendous bank. Save yourself the stress and white hairs. Very disorganized and unprofessional bank however I believe it is due to leadership and Ceos whoever is on top. Its my understanding only one employee can unfreeze oneline banking accounts. That is ludacris and completely unfair to that employee. I've had problems with them since day 1. I'm going to change banks. A few inconveniences, it will sometimes take days for transactions to go through. They have TERRIBLE customer service. They need a complete makeover On how they run things. It is absolutely unacceptable that banks do not answer your call when it has to do with your money. At times it feels Like mission impossible to speak with someone and get help. They do nor care about your money or you. Do not bank with them!

After going through two large banks in six months, I finally found a smaller friendly bank that does not have high monthly maintenance fees. Forest park bank has a great checking account for seniors. Oh, and they also answer the phone when you call!

Horrendous bank and rude employees. That's what you get for being a good customer for twenty years. Two Things you don't mess with my money and my pets and they managed to do both at the same time when my dog was rushed to the ER vet in the middle of the night . Treatment grossly delayed while suffered due to my bank debit card being declined. I had to call and wake up a family member for help with payment.bmy dog was suffering for over an hour. 2nd time same issue but at my dogs euthanization spot. Again forced to suffer at the hands of FP Bank. Don't Rely on this bank to do anything for you or care. Even threatened to call the police on me when I went in to close account because o go too loud after personal female banker was laughing at my situation. She needs to be fired.

Horrendous experience and they dont care. They will screw you every chance they get especially when using debit card leaving you in very embarrassing situations.

Long waits which is tolerable but an unfriendly teller at her desk who couldn't take a friendly joke made the entire experience horrible.

Wow, FPNB should put a," WHITES ONLY, sign on their front door or COLORED ENTRANCE IN BACK. I went into the lobby July 25 2022 at about 11:20 am to make a deposit. Upon my progress to the tellers counter I saw the teller from the drive thru and the branch on Roosevelt waving and smiling at me. I take for granted that he is waving me over to him as we are familiar with me from prior visits for years before he retired and came back.As I approached him a white female teller in the next station admonished me in an unprofessional and demeaning attitude that his station was closed and I was supposed to stop at the ribbon barrier and wait until I was called. Then told me I could come to her station on her orders. I have mortgaged a residence there 40 years and held accounts there. This is the second time I have been a victim of obvious discrimination in that lobby, last time Bernie had to come to my defense and tell the receptionist that I was waiting for another customer in the safe deposit vault will I was sitting near her desk with other customers waiting for service but she was so preoccupied and annoyed obviously by my skin color , she ignored the people around her desk. Cmon FPNB, you can be better than that. Maybe cultural awareness classes. If not post those above stated signs. I am a 20 year veteran of law enforcement and a 69 yoa senior citizen, this is a bad look in 2022 FPNB..

I love how friendly and welcoming this bank is! This local bank puts the WHOLE Community in Community banking for sure. They have a really resourceful and knowledgeable retail banking team. Everytime I need customer service, I receive prompt service always. As a customer I am satisfied and glad I chose this bank for my small business banking.

So I need some change and was also looking for a bank to have my account and sure enough they made you feel like you're there to steal money. They did gave me change. But only for this time. Sure I'm not coming back

Fernando is one of the hardest working, dedicated employees I've ever seen. Forest Park Bank is very lucky to have him. Hopefully he never applies for my job, I'd be screwed. Bernadette, too, recognizes us in the lobby and treats us like we're her largest account. The fees/interest rates aren't as good as a credit union, but the location is very convenient and the customer service makes up the difference with room to spare. Highly recommended. Thank you!

I opened my business account with Bernie. She was fantastic to work with and very knowledgeable. There was something pleasant about her character, energy and personality that felt comforting and welcoming. I actually look forward to speaking with her every time in enter and exit the bank in Forest Park. Thanks Bernie!

I have had a few accounts at this bank over the years. I have found that dealing with this local bank, I always received great service. So many banks have become too big and loose their personal touch. I will always recommend and support local banks.

THE WORST BANK IN FOREST PARK! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was thinking of opening an account. I went in to get change for a $20. The clerk asked if i had an account and i stated i did not but was thinking of banking there. She berated me saying I don't have to give you change for anything if you don't have an account. Well that told me right then and there this not the place to bank. Stay clear.
