Hip salon with comfy chairs and very bright and clean atmosphere. I was able to get my hair cut in less than hour. Staff is upbeat and friendly. Saw a small boy get his haircut and the stylist was so patient. Nice hidden gem in Forest Park.

Always a great experience at Macdaddy. I've seen a lot of stylists for various services - color, cut and blowouts. I got an awesome blowout from Nicole today. It's a nice atmosphere - chill unpretentious vibe. Highly recommend

Going into the salon I was a little nervous since I have never been there before. I was extra nervous because not only is it hard to find a stylist that can fit your needs but also a stylist that could cut curly hair. Have a full head of curly hair and Molly did a great job giving me a cut making my curls bouncy and full again. I was very pleased with Molly! Not only did the cut meet my expectations but Molly is very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable! Thank you so much! 1000/10 recommend.

Thank you, Laura H!!!! I have super short hair, a pixie, and although I know I need a cut every 6-7 weeks I never actually think ahead and book an appointment! I travel for work all over the USA Monday thru Friday, so I often just Yelp a salon and if I can score an evening appointment I'll get my hair cut anywhere in the country! And I've done that for a year. But I think I will have to start planning ahead so I can come back to MacDaddy and Laura in 6 weeks! Laura looked at my photo of when my hair was at its cutest, and she recreated that pixie. She is so kind and careful in her technique and her ability to engage with her customers. I love my cut. The salon is so clean and smells great. Every person I encountered was kind and helpful. Loved my first experience at MacDaddy on Madison. And the online same-day booking option sealed the deal. It was so easy to use, pay for my cut, and get instant confirmation that I was booked!!

I haven’t gone to any other salon once I discovered MacDaddy! Everyone is super pleasant and they stylist are very professional and respect what it is you want! They offer a variety of services with deep conditioning and a gloss treatment being two that I indulge in every time I go. They gloss leaves your hair silly, shiny, & soft. I highly recommend.

I visited MacDaddy for the first time and had a great experience all around. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles, and offered a beverage while I waited and felt instantly welcomed by the front desk staff. JP was my hair stylist and he was so accommodating to my hair requests and side note, he was such a great conversationalist. I felt like I was having my hair cut by a friend. I was apprehensive about my style at first but JP worked his magic and gave me a cut that promoted my natural hair texture and is surprisingly easy to manage and style on a daily while still maintaining the “I just walked out of the salon look”. I have never had this result with other cuts at other locations before as I’ve always opted for getting my hair blow dried for hours and then never being able to recreate the salon look once at home because I have no idea what I’m doing. I am so happy with the results and give the place 5/5 stars and JP 6/5!Service: Haircut

Amanda is knowledgeable and talented. The salon is clean, the chairs are really comfortable, and there’s plenty of free parking around the corner.

Laura was extremely passive aggressive and continuously complained about how thick my hair was. I understand it may have been a busy day but it was an uncomfortable experience.Otherwise, the girl who shampooed my hair and the girl working at the front desk were very friendly.Service: Haircut
