“My project to report is the replacement of a digital hard drive with a solid state one. The target here is a ten year old Mac mini. The technician had it over the weekend and returned it after five days. Data restoration was not requested nor was it done. I supplied the replacement drive. The install was successful. “Great visit! I’ve been struggling with my phone and able to access my hotspot feature. Calling the regular customer service got me nowhere. About to get into some summer travel and desperately needed to see what is the issue. Thank God, I decided to stop in. Immediately greeted and worked with Alondra. He was extremely helpful, and I was very impressed with his patience, politeness and professionalism throughout the entire transfer process. As someone with a 30-plus-year customer service background, I always make it a point to observe the demeanor of the person who's assisting me, and he passed with flying colours. He definitely deserves a FIVE-STAR rating.”
