My cutter for several years gave me the most deplorable experience yesterday. I a walk as I have, and there was no others in the lobby, in queue. My cutter, Sylvia Perez, had a customer that she had in her chair and one other cutter was busy doing something. Sylvia acknowledged me buy my name. Consequently I walked in and took a seat I think that the time was roughly 9:08 am, give or take a couple of minutes. Within the next
4-5 another customer walked in and sat down. Sylvia finished addressed him; then she told me that he signed up online; reluctantly I said yes. Then Sylvia spent 40 minutes, verses the 5--8 she does to cut my hair. I will never go back to any of your stores and never see Sylvia do to her unconscionable behavior, again.

The stylist who cut my hair provided good service, was very friendly and personable. However, my experience was marred by the individual who answered the phone when I called prior to my appointment. I asked about paying by typing my credit card number in their system, since I didn’t have my actual card with me- a new one was getting shipped. She assured me it was possible, although it wasn’t. I would have preferred honesty if they were unsure rather than misleading information, as it left me scrambling for an alternative payment method. I would have respected them more if they had admitted they didn’t know, allowing me to reschedule rather than giving false assurance. As a result, I won’t be returning to this place.
