I came to this location stopped to get gas. I spent $55 at the gas pump then go inside of the store to use the restroom. It is 9:35 PM and the cashier which is a Hispanic male who claims he is the manager tells me the bathroom is closed because the individual, just cleaned the bathroom. Had I known I wasn’t going to be able to use the restroom and I spent my money I would have never even gotten gas. Whoever establishment this is needs to let the Little workers know that they cannot close the bathroom if someone is spending money . This is not how business is ran I’m a business owner myself And there is no way I will allow an employee to tell a customer that they could not use the restroom and they are spending money with my business. All because they are lazy and don’t want to clean again. I will not be returning here and I will be calling corporate.

I go to this location often because cause it’s near my house. On my most recent visit on the 18th, I purchased some Sabrina’s chocolate donut holes. When I got home and gave them to my wife, she ate one and discovered it was extremely stale. She also vomited about 45 minutes after eating said donut. So of course I went back and attempted to get my money back or a replacement for the stale product. I was told by the lady working that I would have to come back at 5am to speak to the manager. Which I found kind of strange. The only person working isn’t qualified to handle return of bad food? So I left and came back after 5am to try and return the bad food again. This time I was told by a man working that he couldn’t do anything because I left the store with the food. Of course I was baffled by the response because who eats the food they purchased in the gas station? He then told me I would have to come back again at 5am on Monday morning, he also told me that “that’s what she told you”, I thought that was very rude and obviously she didn’t specify a date or I wouldn’t be out at 5am in the morning still trying to handle this problem. I suggest not buying any food from here and even though I’ve been a frequent customer for over a decade I think I may stop going to thortons because the customer service and care is horrendous.

Terrible service. Constantly asking for customers ID. After coming in every single day you would think that they would recognize the customer. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a woman and he wants to see my ID to stalk me or is it some sort of racial issue. Either way both are disturbing. Shop locally? Why they don't remember you on the daily anyways. Avoid this convenience store because when you enter you are inconveniencing them.

Female Manager was very short when I encountered an issue with a credit card.She sits in her car parked in front smoking in her car cramping an already cramped and small gas station.The inside is always well stocked and the male employees are very pleasant, helpful, and nice.-2 stars for the scary angry female manager who sits in the black Lincoln out front.

No public restroom. When you need to make a pit stop... it's not just for the car. Drove 15 minutes just to get to a Thornton's... Won't be stopping at this one anymore.
