There weren't moving pads available for rent as I had ordered at the shop. No indication or warning or prompt even to encourage me to check at the shop. So I'm trying to move day of with movers coming at a set time. I have to call another location myself to see if they have pads available. The person checking me out only offered 2 things (didnt even offer to contact the other location to check if they had pads.). They offered that I could buy moving pads outright (8.95 each and I needed close to 12-15 pads) and that if I did rent pads from another location to make sure I return the truck to the original location. The attendant at the other location helped me out so much more so that I wouldn't have to run back and forth to different locations.
1 huge system issue compounded by poor customer service training. Abysmal.
