The Manager Mikey was very helpful, straightforward, and guided me through the process even though I had a lot of questions. The other worker was also very helpful and answered my concerns even though he seemed busy with other tasks. Great customer service!

It was wonderful! The website said three hours to install my hitch. When I arrived they said an hour. And it was done it only 45 minutes. People I talked to were pleasant and helpful. The hitch is perfect. 5 stars!

I ordered online and apparently ordered two items I did not need, totalling approx. $43.00. They called me! Wonderful. The gentleman there were all friendly and to the point. They deserve all the praise we can give them! Would do it again without hesitation.
