I just made a huge mistake of using a machine there. It didn’t work and there was only one lady in customer service. The line was out the door. Co worker had gone on break and it was Already passed 30 minutes. Coworker comes back. With another person. Makes me walk to machine.Makes me walk to customer service and the takes another customer when I had been waiting for 30 minutes. Just because I huffed she started with me and her co worker jumped in. Horrible customer service!!! Lazy as can be!!!!

It may be impossible to really sum up how terrible this Walmart is. I have had 2 years of constant issues with this Walmart. I paid for Walmart+ and InHome delivery. During my high risk pregnancy the deliveries were not delivered according to my delivery instructions. I could not go up and down stairs, I was living on the second floor of an apartment complex and relied on them to bring me my groceries. They left my groceries in a shopping cart in a random location on the complex and refused to refund me the 250$ for lost groceries. Had a C-section, still unable to go up and down stairs and they still would not deliver correctly. My Moonay their InHome driver never does the InHome deliveries correctly. She does not contact you, does not ring doorbells, and acts surprised that she is required to deliver your items in your home. She is an InHome delivery person. Please make it make sense. They have delivered me spoiled, damaged products or just flat out not delivered items far too often. No matter how many complaints are filed, no matter how often I have called Corporate. At one point Walmart itself deactivated my account because of the issues I was having with this store. They retaliate against you if you report the issues and put restrictions and blocks on your account. This store has stolen money from me left, right and center and if you call Corporate all they will tell you to do is dispute with your financial institution. You can try and call this store for help with your issues and spend hours calling and no one picks up. Shopping in store may not be as bad but online/Walmart+/InHome is the worst experience of my life!

I visited the Forest Park Supercenter this afternoon to ask about tires for my 2000 Echo. As I was looking around in the Auto service area, I met one of the managers, a well-kept-looking guy named Andy. I kind of rudely buttonholed this bloke to ask him about tire purchase and installation. I didn't mean to be rude, but as a manager, Andy was in the perfect position to answer a handful of questions I had about the issue.
As it turned out, I couldn't have picked a better source for information. Andy pretty much dropped whatever he was doing, and patiently and very clearly answered all of the questions I could think of, major and trivial.
I apologized for any dumb questions, explaining that buying tires isn't something I often do, and Andy left me with the statement "There are no stupid questions." I finished the thought for him by adding "Yep...except those you're too embarrassed to ask."
I have to give a big ole thumbs-up to Andy for taking the time to sort me out there. This dude is a quality employee, and if he's any reflection of the rest of the staff in Automotive, then cool!

The store and bathrooms are kept clean, they have a large of selection of items, and the employees are very helpful.

These stores are always busy that's a good thing ?, the bad thing is that they never have nothing and when u ask for help no one knows anything...
Management is nowhere to be found, Auto Care Center they have there day but if u go make a Appointment in the Walmart App easy and faster instead of calling, have in mind they are busy and not that many members ? but the are great...
Electronics is a pain, spend 20 min to find a employee to get some headphones of course, the store has its days, they must improve customer service and look for people who actually want to work not on there earbuds and ignoring.
Parking is always a mess filled with shopping carts and employees standing outside.
