Bowens was able to come out ASAP to clean our vents after we bombed our house for mold. We have a big house so the fact that they have a flat fee for one unit rather than charging $100 per vent, like every other company I looked into, was awesome! They guys that came were friendly and very quick!

Bowen’s was able to come clean our carpets last minute before we moved into our new home and we couldn’t have been more impressed. They took less than 2 hours for the whole house with their process. Their technique is efficient and the results are great. Cost was very reasonable too. I highly recommend this family owned business!

10/10 would recommend! We moved in our home almost 2 years ago and have been putting off getting our air ducts cleans and we finally did it! They were very quickly and efficient, they showed me the before & after and i wish i wouldn't have waited so long! Professional, personable, and detailed. Had my ducts cleaned after around 20 years of buildup and im amazed at how much they were able to remove. They took the time to answer my many questions and even did some inspecting in my furnace to potentially identify something I've been smelling.Love supporting a local family owned business.

The guys were terrific! Super friendly and went above and beyond in customer service by moving back couches and tables that we had previously moved for access to vents. I can’t recommend them enough! We used the air duct cleaning service from Bowen's. They arrived early in the day and were very polite and friendly as they worked. Their duct cleaning was top-notch. Our ducts were moderately dusty to start, and the Bowen team cleaned them thoroughly. They helped me remove some old cable cords that the previous homeowner had run through the ducts as well.As they were leaving, we noticed our television had a dent in it. I asked them to come take a look, and they quickly took responsibility and thought maybe a vacuum hose or something hit the TV. Right on the spot, they offered to replace the TV fully, no questions asked. They had me call Molly in the office, had her get the info on the TV, went to finish another job, picked up the TV at a WalMart, and delivered it back to us. I can't say enough about the kindness of this act! We were just moving into our new home, and our daughter needed some entertainment while we unpacked. A++ professional service and a big dose of going the extra mile to make their mistake right. Would recommend their service to anyone.
