Solutions bank bought out our hometown bank and there have been issues ever since. I NEVER had any IT issues, etc with our old bank. The merger caused so many problems from not having access to all my accounts to current auto transfers being doubled. This is NOT okay for a bank. You are affecting peoples money here. If I could give zero stars, I would. Time to start looking for a new bank after 20+ years with the same branch.?

The whole staff is so friendly. They are all on the ball when it comes to answering your questions. Everyone greets you with a smile and know your name, at least they recognize my husband and myself by name. Highly recommend this bank.

I have been with this bank since it was Kent Bank, and my grandparents started an account for me back in 1958. They are always willing to work with me, and when my husband and I wanted to buy a house, they helped us with creative financing. If I need to do something after hours, I can usually make an appointment and someone will meet with me. Great bank.

I've banked with this bank for well over a decade the Freeport location when it was kent bank. I live in South Carolina and wouldn't give them up for anything!

I just opened a new account win Forreston State Bank. Cathy was so friendly and knowledgeable! The service was great and the banking options are so convenient. I wish I would have switched banks sooner!

Lobby is closed on Saturdays. Their ATM is only for their customers and bank card. No other bank cards will be accepted.

Lousy bank. No Saturday lobby hours, inconvenient drive up times for people who don't work in the area. Also their ATM is for their customers and bank cards only. They no longer accept any other bank cards to be used at their ATM. If your traveling and need cash, your SOL.

Both Forreston State Bank locations I have visited have been very helpful. Their app and their website work very well also, extremely important to me, my account info is accessible through Quicken.
